This balsamic is outstanding. I love the stuff and have bought various labels in the past, butthis one is great. Big recommend. And for the price, its spot on.

First tried this in Modena Italy and got hooked, was very happy to see it sold in Australia via Peters of Kensington. It’s pricey but very much worth it. Goes awesome with strawberries and vanilla icecream.

This is a high quality basalmic really thick and a few drops go a long way. Although it is quite sweet I do use it in a range of savory dishes. It is also good with salad leaves like rocket or watercress.

A good balsamic vinegar doesn't come cheap but these bottles last us for several months. Thick and sweet this is our go to vinegar to dress salads

Worth every penny.

At first I thought it was a little pricey compared with the store bought norm, on delivery my husbands first comment was "you certainly know how to waste money".Needless to say we have both eaten our thoughts/words, my husband uses it as one of his "staples" (he does the cooking) and is a total convert. Never again will we be buying the usual grocery store selection.Delicious in flavour and texture. May cost a little more but worth every cent! Love it! Have a feeling I am going to need to compare with the Medal 5.
