The product took much longer to arrive than advised and when finally delivered, and opened the packaging we had to repair it as it looked like it had been dropped. We repaired it ourselves as it would have taken too long to return. The instructions to put the product together was terrible, we had to try to interpret the pictures.

Assembly instructions are not particularly intuitive for a first timer... as is a common issue. The second one goes together much easier!!! It wouldn't take much for someone familiar with the unit to break in, without needing a cutting disc or specialised tools. BE AWARE... nobody can cut more keys, and the suggestion offered is to change the lock to one that keys can be cut for.But I am satisfied with my purchase at this point.

Arrived super quickly and was relatively easy to put together! Turned out exactly how we wanted so happy with the purchase.
Product appears to be of value but not yet fully installed. Assembly instructions very poor with no written explanation. Had to request assistance with video.
Great parcel box but not so water proof good value
Disappointing. Arrived as a Flatpack, pieces are flimsy and the top has a big dented scratch on it. The worst thing though are the instructions. It comes with an odd number of screws and nuts and bolts, with the most basic, of little use instructions I have ever seen. And the top doesn't seem to fit properly. At this point have given up in disgust!!
Its good useful item, after my purchase price upgraded, last price was good, now too expensive..try to reduce the price.
Very happy with the price and quality of this letterbox I have seen the same thing for almost double this price . Delivery was quick also . Overall happy with this buy.
