I didn't expect the letter boxes to arrive in flat packs. Assembly was difficult as there were no clear instructions as to how to assemble. There were only pictures which were hard to follow. Both letter boxes arrived with the side panels dented Not a happy customer!

Worst product, Worst quality. worst illustration drawing.Retested refund more than 2 weeks ago still no response. Dont buy.
