Sorry, I’ve been buying Glasshouse candles for 10 years and these new candles don’t even give off the same strength of scent after a few hours of burning. Pls don’t ask me to provide my email addrsss, I know how to burn a candle and I know how to care for it. This is a huge fail. Everyone I know who buys glasshouse is very disappointed and won’t be buying this candle again unless the formula changes back. You say it’s due to overwhelming demand but nobody was even saying anything about your formula before? Nothing but good things. Now due to ACTUAL ‘overwhelming demand’ will you change the formula back to the original?

The scent is sweet and delicious, a real crowd pleaser. But I missed the memo about the change in formula ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ I buy in bulk during sales so just started using candles with the new formula. The scent throw and longevity of the candles are way shorter with the soy wax... the smell used to fill the house, now it barely fills a room. I seem to be burning through the candles a lot faster now too. Not a good investment for people who use it as a home fragrance anymore... please change it back to paraffin!

Great product, however disappointed that I ordered it with the Black Friday sales and didn’t get my gift. I wouldn’t have purchased it at that time as it was the only reason I did. I know it said whilst stock lasts but I ordered it early and should have been taken off the website. I feel it was a trick to purchase the item, I would have just got it in store at another time and when it was in my budget.
