The purchase of several sized containers is aimed at safer storage of left overs. The containers are solid and the lids clip on securely.
Solid containers and fit the brief for what I wanted. They do take up a fair bit of space in cupboard as aren't stackable, but this trade-off is okay for all the other positives.
We use these containers often to keep leftovers. I love that it does have a lingering odour like with plastic. And, they click in well to stay air tight.
I prefer our food not to touch any plastic at all, so this was a bit smaller than I had realised, as I don't like to fill it all the way to the top. But good quality and definitely leak-free
Can vouch for leak-proofness but a bit disappointed it is not oven proof. My fault, I hadn't read the description throughly enough...I just assumed glass containers were all oven proof. Very practical food storage, transporting and microwave reheating container but there are other glass container brands that are oven proof as well, so I'd probably buy those instead in future - more versatile.
Love these glass containers, I use them for my lunch & left overs. They take on no smells from my food and wash in the dishwasher well.
Been using these containers for about 6 months now, I love them. They clean up so well and things last longer in the glassware than plastic containers. I am a convert.
