When you really want to push the boat out look no further, Glenfiddich 18yo is a very impressive single malt. Smooth enough that it doesn't need water or ice added, but also fine if you add a little of either.

as an 18 year old whisky not quite as smooth as you would think.. you do get used to it and its very nice whisky
It was a gift therefore can't really comment. All I can say is that it is the recipient's favourite whisky so that is why 5 stars given.
Would highly recommend the whiskey shop, delivery date was spot on and the packaging is something else, these guys have gone to great lengths and cost to make sure it arrives in first class condition with the bottle and whiskey box wrapped separately. Thank you.
