I am very pleased with the Global Water Sharpener. Our son has one and it came highly recommended. In the instructions on the box, the knife is to be placed vertically into the grove. So the knife is moved up and down, not horizontally. If a drawing or photo of this procedure could be incorporated on the box it would be most helpful. It does not take away from the ease of use or end result of the knife sharpening.What I would like to comment on is your method of advising that it has left your premises to Australia Post and the estimated time of arrival. It arrived earlier than advised and as it was delivered early in the morning, left in a safe place, but where we could see it.
This product sharpens our wonderful Global knives very well. No more trying older methods.
