This seems to work but it is thick and slow-drying and I'm not sure if it is the right thing for the job.At first I wasn't sure if it was going to stay white or dry clear. It did eventually dry clear but it took a few hours.I was after a product to stop fraying which it seems to do but it's not easy to spread thinly.

I feel like all of the negative reviews on here is due to user error. My sewing machine recently broke so needed something to use whilst I’m waiting on it being repaired. This glue works wonders. You don’t need to worry about snipping off the top, if you get a push pin and poke it through the top then it creates the perfect stream for the perfect amount of glue. You need to leave the glue for at least 2 hours-overnight to dry before trying to wear the garment but it’s great. Could you make a whole dress with this stuff? No. But it’s great for hemming clothes and upcycling some old t-shirts.
I bought this for a lightshade making and it turns out great. It sticked to it securely. Great size as well
It's been 48 hours now and the glue hasn't faded like I'd hoped. I painted the backside of my embroidery to stop it unravelling and put a lot on the purple because the tension was terrible there and a mess on the back. But the glue is visible on the front and quite obvious even now that it's dry. Disappointed and don't know how to salvage. Still, apart from looking like a permanent wet spot, the glue did its job, I would recommend it for small inconspicuous areas.
I have been using Helmar Fabric Glue for a long time to bond fabric to resin, but lately have found most spotlights do not sell it in large bottles anymore (please bring it back!) Had to try this instead, and it was useless. Did not dry fast enough, did not bond well, and barely stuck to the fur let alone the plastic. Do not recommend if you need it for more than paper craft. Waste of money.
Didn't stick to any of the fabric, just my fingers. Ended up leaving a permanent wet looking patch. Pain in the butt to cut the tip off the nozzle. Nothing good to say about it.
Bonds well for my purpose (attaching zipper tabs to my zippers before top stitching ...great for holding the tabs in place, dries quickly and it doesn't gum up my needles or show through on the quilting cotton tabs.
I used this product to repair a leather lounge chair. I glued leather to leather and fabric to leather and got perfect results both times.
