Long time user of the regular mega men sport multivitamin, switched over to the one a day thinking it would be a similar product not realizing until after i opened it up and read the ingredient label this has 100mg of caffeine per serving. This review is more on the marketing of the product. Why was the standard Mega Men One Daily quietly discontinued, and now the closest alternative is a "vitamin" that contains caffeine? The other One Daily had many positive reviews, but now you are pushing your long term customers toward a vitamin in name only. Why do this? If I want caffeine, I will drink coffee or take a caffeine pill along with a One Daily vitamin. I don't want 100mg of caffeine *in* the vitamin itself.

My energy level and metabolism has improved ever since I’ve started taking this regimen on a daily basis. A must buy for anyone who is active and/or have a crazy work schedule. You will definitely see results in the first week :).
This product is good for health. This is a good option to meet daily essential vitamin and minerals requirements. Besides, its price is also reasonable. And it doesn't even have a strong smell.
As a personal trainer and retired Marine this product exceeds my demands. It clearly fulfills it's purpose as a SPORT DAILY Multivitamin with the added bonus of caffeine and beta-alanine. If one READS the label, something I highly recommend before ingesting anything, it clearly states what is in this particular product. GNC offers alternatives to the Sport One Daily located on the same shelf so do your research. Overall excellent product that performs as advertised.
I will turn 65 in a couple of months. These vitamins have had a powerful impact on my health and life. I recovered from Covid-19 (my third time to have it) about 10 days ago and after a few days began taking these. I have felt stronger and I am easing back into my work out schedule. I am wanting to work out hard again and I can tell the mega vitamins have increased my testosterone. Glad to have found them!

I am a huge fan of mega men sport multivitamins, and when I saw this one daily dose, I thought they had finally perfected it. Unfortunately, it contains 100mg caffeine. If you are a coffee drinker or otherwise consume caffeine, this could cause you to raise your caffeine intake to dangerous levels, or if you like to take your multivitamins later in the day, it could affect your sleep. I wish they would offer this one a day dosage WITHOUT the caffeine, it would be amazing. GNC, please offer this without the caffeine!
I brought this multivitamin and already used it then, I post this review. In this multivitamin, we get all the necessary vitamins and minerals, and also it has AMINO acids and some botanical extracts like- Ginkgo biloba extract, Grapeseed Extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, and Lycopene. It is one of the best multivitamin…go for it
