I have used this product before back in 2019. At that time ,I was taking Go Healthy Magnesium 400mg and found it helpful , made me ordered it again but it didn't work. So I decided to try another brand go healthy for my pain and stiff muscles but that also didn't work. And this year after reading other people's reviews I finally ordered Magnesium 800MG higher dose magnesium to try but so far I can have some sleep but all my other symptoms are still the same NO improvements. I have been on this just over 5 days and hoping for it to work.

This supplement I have been using for some time, I originally used a powder form but switched to this during a special offer on the product.Like all supplements, in my opinion, their effectiveness is usually over a long term but I am pretty confident this product is doing its job.

I have used this product before back in 2019. At that time ,I was taking Go Healthy Magnesium 400mg and found it helpful , made me ordered it again but it didn't work. So I decided to try another brand go healthy for my pain and stiff muscles but that also didn't work. And this year after reading other people's reviews I finally ordered Magnesium 800MG higher dose magnesium to try but so far I can have some sleep but all my other symptoms are still the same NO improvements. I have been on this just over 5 days and hoping for it to work.

I find I am getting less cramps in my legs. Was using the strength Go Healthy one a day 500mg but still got cramps. So have moved up to stronger strength and seems to be working.
This is the most effective magnesium supplement that I have tried in the Go Healthy range. It helps ease stiff muscles, IBS C and creates a more restful sleep. I take it daily with Vit C for good health.
Started Keto and was getting random twitches in my legs and shoulders and behind my eye. Lol.2 days taking these supps gone. Love the apple cider vinegar from Go healthy too.
I particularly like this brand because it’s high dose. I take one every night before bed and no longer suffer with leg/foot cramp. I’ve been taking magnesium regularly for a couple of years now and wouldn’t be without it.
These were supposed to have an equivalent of 360mg of elemental magnesium, but they have the equivalent of 160mg. As a person who has to supplement their magnesium daily, I need at least 300mg per day (more if I sweat a lot). Because these had less than half of the advertised magnesium, I had to take 2 per day (and sometimes up to 4 because I found them to be a poor supplement), making these poor value as well. I finished the bottle quickly and had to make another purchase far sooner than I had anticipated.
I recently read an article about the best forms of magnesium for absorption and these include Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Taurate, Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Chloride and Magnesium Carbonate so I was disappointed to find that this product contains 2 of the worst forms as far as absorption are concerned; Magnesium Oxide and Magnesium Aspartate. It is best to avoid Magnesium Aspartate completely as aspartic acid is a component of the dangerous artificial sweetener aspartame. Accordingly, I will be looking for an alternative magnesium supplement in future.
Really disappointed with this- usually buy the 500mg dose- saw this was "high dose 800" so thought I was getting a stronger supplement. Wasn't working- was concerned why more was working much less, until I read label better- and NOT getting 800 mg elemental magnesium- only getting 360mg. What a useless label, and so annoyed I wasted my money, and struggled with an in-effective dose for 3 months. Wished labelling was consistent- the 500mg magnesium gives 500, why label this high dose- when it is less. What a waste of money and stress for 3 months- don't waste your money.
