I take one of these capsules before bed. This ensures a far better sleep.
Take one whenever I need to be calm & relaxed. Work for me! Best of I take at least an hour before I need to be that way!
Every time I take it I don’t feel sleepy or even relaxed at all but when I do go to sleep which is pretty soon after I seem to get a much longer sleep every time. I struggle to sleep more than 2 hours straight you see but with this I get about 5 hours
