The product is not as effective as the cream. My wife whos has a bad back stated she prefers the cream as it is a lot stronger in relieving the pai quickly when applied, this also applies to sporting injuries such as football for which i coach. i believe it would only be suitble for very minor knocks etc.

Would be better as a spray
At this price point, I was expecting more oomph from the product but it just didnt come. Its very well marketed and branded but the concentration of the ingredients just isnt strong enough to warrant the high price tag. There are other products out there that, in my opinion, do a much better job for much less money with a higher % of active ingredients.
