Great product, excellent for breaking up chesty colds, may taste a bit strong BUT the relief it brings is great. Plus it is very reasonably priced. Well worth trying, but not if you want a sweet sugary syrup.

We used more than 4 decades. Before winter I Before winter I stocked these senegal with Ammonia cough syrup for my family members. It's the best can't compare with the other. Very Effective and reasonable price recommended by our experienced professional old doctor.

Fantastic for clearing gunk from airways.

I've been using this stuff forever. Mum used to give us Senega and Ammonia mixture when we were kids to clear the gunk whenever we had colds, flu, or chest infections. I used it after I quit smoking to help clear the tar in my lungs too! I mix it with a dash of boiling water and inhale the vapours as I sip it. A lot of people don't like the taste, but it's medicine, not lolly water, it's not supposed to taste delicious. This is a good product and I recommend it without hesitation.

Ok, so the taste is horrible at first but after a while you can get used to it. I even grown to like it after a while. Works really well!
