I absolutely love this couch. The quality is evident and customer service was great. Right after we bought the couch it went on sale and they honored the sale price with no haggling. The couch depth is nice and its firm without feeling hard. We opted for the white glove delivery and it was worth every penny. Seamless delivery. They unpackaged the couch outside, broke down debri and assembled it inside with no mess in about 15 minutes. Already eyeing our next castlery couch for our front room.

The couch itself is beautiful. Its comfortable. I absolutely love it. However, if you are considering it, please consider something else. I have had mine for almost 5 months and it looks AWFUL. We have been super careful with it but despite our efforts it looks 5 years old. The pilling is pitiful. I have to use a fabric shaver daily and it still looks bad. I really wish i had chosen and spent money on literally any other couch.

This seems to be a well made couch. It is sturdy and heavy. However, the bottom pillow does not cover the entire seating area - which is rather narrow. The seats are quite firm. It is a striking piece with a unique color. The fabric is lovely. However, it is not the type of couch you would curl up and watch a movie on. If I could return it, I would but I missed the window. It is a nice statement piece, just not what I was looking for as my primary media/living room couch.

I spent HOURS searching for the perfect sofa for our first home! I wanted modern style, comfort, left chaise, & under 104” w. For the price, I have to say, I am stoked with the outcome! The color is an amazing yellowish-green, material is soft & durable, easy to assemble, and it feels quality. I wouldgive it a 4/5 star. If they had an option to upgrade to down cushions or deeper seats I would give it 5/5. The couch is perfect for two, cuddling is do-able.

I searched high and low for a sofa for my new condominium. I had shipping problems with the first company I was purchasing from. A total nightmare. When I saw that the beautiful Owens sofa was a relative quick ship I jumped on it. When I unpacked her in my living room it was as if the condo was made for her. I got it in the beautiful olive gold and it is absolutely magnificent. I have an eclectic mix of Scandinavian, mid century… A lot of earth tones and this pop of green is just magnificent.

I loved this couch when I first got it. Beautiful and good pricing. But now owning about a year…its very dificult to clean. Ive tried spot cleaning and that made the stain dilute and spread. The only good way is to soak it in fabric cleaner. But so hard cause the velcro on the bottom catches the fabric. Not to mention you will need a good fabric shaver to get all the fuzzies off. Ive looked all over the website and cant find anything about the proper way to care for this couch. Disappointed.
