The Goldair urn is alot more convenient than a normal jug but after the first tank the water started to taste metallic and found a red brown substance inside the tank but that maybe from the chemicals in the water. The only other gripe I have is the temperature setting, it would be good if I could set the boil actions sooner. I just think the factory setting let's the water cool to far. But otherwise an awesome unit, I love it.
