These sneakers are handmade. The material used is very comfortable and they have a lift to them in the arch part of your foot. Love that they look a bit worn so you get over the âmy new sneakers getting wornâ. These are my go to sneakers for running around town doing my daily tasks. Live them.

Iâd tried these shoes on 4 years ago and decided to buy a pair because of the distressed look and the fact they donât look like orthopedic shoes for 90 year old cripples. By âplatform, they mean a block of something that doesnât bend until just before the ball of the foot. Until youâve worn them you wonât understand. You have to walk flat footed like a robot. The 80âs âpuffâ around the ankles is too high up and the result looks like your ankles are actually cankles. Iâm betting that the designers are placing bets based on how many reviewers say theyâre comfortable. They arenât not comfortable. They donât pinch, plenty of room in the toe, you just have to walk without using the flex in your arch. These are going back as soon as I can get to the mall

These shoes are just adorable and it goes with any outfit. This was my first pair of golden goose shoes and was worried about the sizing. I have a narrow foot and normally wear 5.5 or 6. I wear 5.5 for heels and flats and usually 6 for sneakers (except converse, I wear 5.5). I've heard that people like me may feel tight with 35 and slightly loose with 36, but I just decided to go with 36. It fits perfectly! If you have narrow feet like I do, you could tighten the laces. I know there were lots of complaints about these being uncomfortable. After wearing it for couple of times though, I feel like they are honestly not that bad after all. I am def going to purchase more of other styles!

I read all the reviews talked to friends and finally went to the store to try them on. I tried 2 different sizes 7 & 8 (I usually wear a 7.5). I ended up sizing up to the 8 and glad I did. Initially they donât feel like the most comfortable shoes you ever put on but, they literally took 1 walk of 1.5ish miles to break in and now they are my absolute favorite in a lifestyle tennis shoe. Know what your are buying especially when speeding $600 on a tennis shoes and you will love them!
I wanted to love these shoes. I purchased the 36 and 37s and neither fit correctly. I think they are the best looking sneakers on the market---nothing compares. But, they were so uncomfortable on my feet. I purchased the p448s instead and they fit much better. I'm 105 lbs and a true 6.5 US size and the super-stars just didn't work out, maybe because I am in between sizes and have more volume across the top of my foot. Disappointed.
These were so so cute, but unfortunately the 39 was too small and the 40 was too big for me. The other disappointment with these are that the Golden Goose etched into the top back of the shoe is invisible, so the only thing that identifies the brand is the name on the side and signature star. I had to return these due to sizing, and tried on a few other styles, but sadly, Golden Goose is just not going to work for me.
These are the epitome of laid-back cool. They are also highly versatileâan excellent buy for someone just starting their GG collection. You will get a lot of use out of these babies. Depending on the brand, I wear between 7.5 and 8. The 38 fits as expected. (All of my GGs are 38, except the high-top sneaker, which I take a 37.)
Iâve had this pair for about a year. Since then, Iâve bought 3 more pairs of GG. I thought how crazy, but once you give them a chance you will fall in love. Theyâre the most comfortable sneakers, and they go with legit everything. Dresses, jeans, shorts, sweats. Thereâs just something so special about them. I sized up in these and wish I hadnât, I have to wear thick socks. So get your normal size
I donât get it⌠why do people like these shoes???? Iâve been looking at these for a couple of years, & finally bought them and I am so disappointed! They are cute in the box but not on my foot and are incredibly uncomfortable. The leather was so stiff my foot felt like it would be cut in half, the toe box was so shallow my heel and top of foot was slipping out of the shoe despite being snuggly laced down. In terms of how they looked on my foot-they are very âflatâ in their profile so they made my feet look like duck bills. As for size; I tried both the 37 and the 38 (Iâm usually a size US 7-7.5) and the 37 felt short and tight, the 38 felt sloppy and made the heel slipping issue so bad that I knew I couldnât wear them. All in all these shoes were a complete FAIL for me.
I have 4 pairs of Golden Goose sneakers and this is my 5th pair. I LOVE them. They are very stylish, cool looking BUT⌠only some of them are comfortable. This particular style and this pair is very comfortable!!! I have tried more than a dozen of GG in different colors and combinations of just leather and leather/suede. Some of them are very stif and never soften up. Some of them have very poorly made seams inside which rubs your feet badly and make it impossible to wear. This color and this style happen to be GREAT!
