These Golden Goose are a pleasant departure from the typical feel of most designer sneakers. These feel great right out of the box. The leather is soft and supple. These shoes look even better in person instead of online they’re absolutely so cute and so comfy and not to mention go with everything I also got the black ones that are holographic and I love those as well. I’ll see if I have a pic and I’ll post those too but these just don’t do justice. Honestly I thought these were sold out but they had more when I went to the actual Nordstrom’s In Dallas and the silver on the side like the medal super super cute! Very happy with these and the picture just doesn’t give them justice like I said. They look way different in person that’s why I went to the mall to try them on and see them. I just bought these at Nordstrom in Nashville today. They are so cute I could not resist. Keep in mind the color in the pics online (at least on my monitor) look different than they do in person. The sparkles are more of a deep lavender/ silver tone as opposed to the bright silver you typically see with GG. The leather star and trim are dark grey. The colors all mesh together for an overall dark lavender/purply effect. I typically don't like a lot of bling on my GG but these are more subtle because of the colors and they are so much prettier in person!

I am used to wearing European sizes so I think it is very true to size. It's a little stiff at first but made from Italian leather which is some of the finest leather available. There is a minor break-in period of a day or two as all of my other shoes have been but I only buy Italian leather and keep my shoes for a very long time so quality is important to me. Very comfortable, with or without insoles. They are beautiful. Excellent quality, it does say they are not meant to get wet, being in Florida, it rains a bit. So I do check the weather before. The glitter in the heal area can be felt slightly, depending on the stride. I don’t always feel it but I notice is sometimes. Still keeping them, I ordered a second pair that are different. Golden goose mentions they are felt best after the 6th wear, so a little broken in. I’m currently obsessed. I bought the 9 to give room with thick or thin socks. They dress well, can be casual and chic.
I have 4 pairs of Golden Goose sneakers and this is my 5th pair. I LOVE them. They are very stylish, cool looking BUT… only some of them are comfortable. This particular style and this pair is very comfortable!!! I have tried more than a dozen of GG in different colors and combinations of just leather and leather/suede. Some of them are very stif and never soften up. Some of them have very poorly made seams inside which rubs your feet badly and make it impossible to wear. This color and this style happen to be GREAT!
