It takes a long time for the burner to stay alight. We have to keep the ignitor on for a looong time before we can turn the ignitor off.

Great cooktop - took a while to be delivered, but came packaged well and fit nicely in slim kitchen cutout where lots of other brands were just too deep - burners are wide and good for woks - the glass is high quality but the burners seem to stain easily - otherwise happy with purchase
Matches in with my kitchen beautifully.. as did the old one, and I love the high/low settings.. just waiting on a Stainless steel surround, as it was the only one which fitted .. (almost)
Looks great easy to use and easy to clean
Very disappointed with the service, purchased this on te 30th Dec, was told it would be delivered on the about the 15th January in store. When the installers went to pick it up, the item was not delivered, (7th Feb) rang the store, was told suppliers fault. It would be delivered either on the 13,14 or 15th Feb. Mum was waiting form 9-5pm for those three days. Rang on 3pm on 15th the item was not on the delivery schedule, this was confirmed by the supplier. The supplier had to drop the item off ay mum's place on 15th. Installer cannot install till 9th March. So basically 10 weeks waiting and fingers crossed it will be installed on 9th March,Does not allow 0 stars so have to choose next highest 1 star, if had negative ratings it would deserve it
It looks sleek and pretty but new burner design not practical as you don't have removable spill catchment for the burners make it difficult to clean. The 2 wok burners have 2 rings of fire. When adjust to low heat only the small ring of fire ignites with big ring totally off. When adjusting heat to higher position the the bigger ring of fire will suddenly ignites thus making it difficult to tune the heat as both rings appear and disappear. The cast iron support rings also feel rough against the mirror stovetop. Feel like they will scratch the surface very easily.
Safety features appear to be good. Unsure why there are 2 wok burners and no rapid burner (instead of one wok burner and one rapid burner) in this SAB4GL model. Were there supposed to be any spare parts like jet burners etc included with this product. The Goldline Booklet/ Instructions etc can be improved with more information on troubleshooting and contact information. The print size can be a bit bigger to be able to read clearly( not clearly visible). A side rack would be useful to transfer the hot pans from the burner on glass coo top to a side rack(as provided by Tudor group) .
Now is the correct time to give feedback, not 1 week after purchase as was previously requested. We bought the gold line as the previous gas plate had a large base of 98 cms and this just covered the hole that was there. All four burners work, so we are pleased with our purchase.
