My main use of jams is on bread as either toast or a PB&J. In both cases, I found this Strawberry Jam from Good Good to be incredibly mild. Luckily, I didn't really get that stevia sting that I dread from artificially sweetened products. (It says it contains only naturally occurring sugars, but Stevia, while derived from a plant, is chemically lab-processed in a way that makes it generally not great for humans. But that's just my personal aversion to it.) It seems like this jam doesn't have much Stevia though, because it isn't very sweet, and with the lack of sweetness came a lack of flavor. I like a really tart, juicy kick from my jams and I hardly tasted anything with Good Good. The packaging of the jelly is really nice and the size is a great size for the price that you would have to pay for this jelly. I really like the label it's colorful and makes the jelly look tasty. The strawberry jelly has a good appearance to it it's a deep reddish color like they use ripe strawberries. I mean mine with regular peanut butter so I probably will I know I did got some sugar with it but it was still not that much different than regular strawberry jelly cuz it's got to understand that strawberries already have a natural sugar and sweetness to them. So to take out the sugar didn't affect the jelly that much and it's healthier for you so it's a win-win deal. I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends. You get a taste of craftsmanship and flavor that you would exspect from a local farmers market but in the big store convenience. You know are eating something that you can feel good about eating even without reading the label. The texture makes them perfect for so many recipes, even in cocktails. I have seen other reviews talk about the price is a little higher, but to those I ask "higher than what"? It's not a smack in price compared to smack in the face that some brands have sumuckered us into buying jams made of mostly sugar with flavoring extracted from other fruits blended to mimic the flavor of the fruit the jam is called. Good Good gives you just that. If you buy Strawberry Jam, it has strawberries, not pear flavoring with loads of sugar to taste like a strawberry. Which really confuses but concerns me more because a pear and strawberry from the produce aisles taste more different than alike. I probadly confused you now, but take some time to read your labels and you will see my point. In conclusion, It feels good, to know I am spending my good money, on good foods that is good for my family with goods when I buy from "Good, Good". My goodness how can you go wrong with "Good Good" jams and spreads!
