This product has been so helpful. Taking it on a regular basis , for a number of years now, has kept my mood and stress levels under control. I defiantly know the difference if I run out for a few days. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering mild depressive symptoms.

Thought I would try these as I had a few big weeks in the offing! I have Rheumatoid, sleep badly and am always tired and lacking energy. Wow. What a difference they have made. Even my younger sister commented on my ability to cope with the pace. I wake ready to go instead of tired and am amazed at the stuff I can get done and dusted in a day now. I'll be 80 in two months time. Not that you'd notice..

I have fibromyalgia which can really drain energy levels. I have found this product helps me get through the day. I take two a day first thing in the morning and it definitely makes a difference. When I have run out I have noticed a significant drop in energy levels and go back to needing a nap in the afternoons. Highly recommend.
I love these! Gives me loads of energy, but I have noticed I have to take a break now and again to be able to get that energy boost. It’s almost like the body gets used to them and doesn’t get that boost after a while
