Wow just love these tablets, being female and being a little constipated is very normal. My nutritionist told me about these and what a difference it has made. Now I can be regular and take them with me when we are going away as these were usually the times that I struggled the most. I think the best part is the fact that the tablets gives you NO CRAMPS whatsoever. They are super gentle but also be careful of not taking too much.

I have Diverticulosis (spelling correct when it is dormant & not inflamed) plus IBS. I don't suffer from constipation, but have found this product excellent. Taking one capsule twice a day in combination with 'one a day' Magnesium complete (nutralife) and Go Probiotic 76 Billion (GO Healthy)This keeps my bowel just right with no more IBS or Diverticulitis (attacks) for the past 3 years and very rarely do I suffer any night cramp.

I have used this product for sometime now and it works very well for me. I have IBS so its necessary for me to keep my bowels in good working order. For maintenance all I need to take is one tablet at night every second day. My gastroenterologist highly recommends this product.

After a lifetime of trying different bowel remedies, Mg Lax is the most effective I have found, though it takes a while to get the dose right. The magnesium content may be helpful for migraine prevention too.
I was diagnosed with IBS-C about 4 years ago and was suggested to take Mg Lax. 3-4 nightly before bed helps keep things regular (as well as diet change - FODMAP) and the magnesium helps me relax a little as I have difficulty sleeping (Martin & Pleasance Sleep Relief spray!). Tried Metamucil, high dose Vit C etc. but nothing is as good as Mg Lax. Definitely recommend.

I take this as needed esp when travelling. I only take two capsules before bed, at least three hours after last meal, next morning - voila ☺️

First time i have tried this product and i use it in conjunction with red seal alpine tea. Absolutely amazing and instant. I have only done the rapid in which i have taken 4 tablets with an alpine tea and within an hour i am in the toilet cleaning everything out. Only down fall is that i need to do this when not at work as spent a lot of time in and out of the toilet and the smell was not pretty! Luckily for me this product has been great and i will always make sure i have some in the cupboard as it definitely cleans me out and leaves me feeling lighter and comfortable. Please note tho i have only used this product in conjunction with the alpine tea so cant 100% guarantee that it is this product alone that provides outstanding results or if it is by using the two ...
