Hi am a bit of a skeptic... my uncle had been telling me for 12 months to take Turmeric but I just hadn't got around to it. Well, I have been back into my training on my bike and running and it was taking me 2-3 days to recover after a decent workout in the hills. My herbalist has been telling my partner to try this for his arthritis and carpal tunnel surgery recovery. 18months after surgery he still had a hard lump near sight of incision and lots of random pains. No kidding within a few days the lump started dissipating and all his pains vanished within 2wks!! His arthritis pains have really eased too. He notices it if he misses his daily dose. I have now started taking this as a preventative as I'm an ex competition gymnast with a lot of aches starting to make themselves known. This product is alleviating a lot of discomfort now....

For some time I have had lowish grade but constant pain and stiffness in the joints of two fingers and a toe. Incredibly, within twelve hours of first taking Good Health Turmeric, the pain was reduced. At 24 hours it was gone and hasn't returned. I certainly never expected such a great result, or so fast. I had given up wearing a ring on one of the fingers as it had become too tight and uncomfortable I guess from the joint inflammation, but now it fits perfectly again so that's a bonus! Based on my own experience I would recommend this product to others similarly affected and will definitely be re-ordering.

At age 50 I noticed I wasn't as limber as I had been in the past. Getting up from my desk after only a couple of minutes of sitting I was feeling like my joints had seized up. Started taking this product and after 3 days realized that I could move freely again. I stopped taking it after going overseas and not wanting to have to many supplements in my luggage. I have been taking this product for a couple of months. It has helped my digestion wonderfully. I have a definite dairy intolerance but over Christmas noted that I could have some dairy and no ill effects at all. Very good for my digestion but I have also noticed no general aches especially after strenuous exercise. I am very pleased with this product.

Trialled this after years on teaspoon a day of powder did no good for my arthritis. Had immediate pain reduction. reodered the 90 capsule. had to stop as developed kidneys pain/stones from the oxalate. Devastated. Anyone one know if this product available in oxalate free version?
I am pleased with the results of this brand of Turmeric.One week after starting them I noticed my back was no longer aching all day and my knees which ached maybe three to four times a week no longer ached. I will continue taking this. In fact I am purchasing more of it from HealthPost today!
