The grip is comfortable and the strap which comes attached to the grip, helps secure the camera so it does not fall from your arm. Very useful in and out of water. The grip itself is light enough that you can carry it for long periods of time. Very good product!

The description says "for All GoPro Cameras" although you need a specific thin GoPro mount that slides in the top of the handle that you MIGHT have - I didn't, and it does not come with one. But the good news is GoPro MIGHT send you one, but it may take more than one time for you to get the right one, even if you give them exact model numbers if your camera and the mount.

We use our GoPro for canine dock diving competitions. We just upgraded our GoPro from a Hero 6 to 9 and wanted to upgrade our cheap aftermarket floating grip to the OEM version. It is made much better made then our aftermarket version. A non slip grip makes it easier to handle. Carry strap is included but not the mating bracket & threaded thumbscrew with this version though the website image shows it.

Haven't tested the floating feature but fits my GoPro 10 w/o any issues. Easy assembly and good grip even when your hands are wet or with gloves. Great add-on accessory to capture your next adventurous moment.
I arrived from England with a brand new GoPro Hero 10, then realised I needed something to help keep a hold of it while in a cage watching the Great Whites off the Neptune Islands. Fortunately Harvey Normans in Port Lincoln had it in stock, so I picked it up before boarding the boat. The handle worked really well & definitely helped me keep the GoPro steady while standing in a cage in fairly choppy water that was bouncing me around all over the place. I would definitely recommend this, fortunately I had the wrist strap on & never dropped it, but I know from putting it in clean water after being in the ocean that it definitely floats as well.

Fits my Go Pro 360 perfectly. We used this accessory with our Go Pro 360 while kayaking with manatees in Florida. My only disappointment was that it floats so well that my hand was getting tired from trying to hold it under water to take pictures of the manatees while submerged. It definitely does the job of keeping the Go Pro afloat! Great price for a little extra safety so as to not lose an expensive Go Pro in deep water.
I am not the one who leave review for a product, but I used this gopro handle when I went diving to Indonesia. I was swimming with the whale shark when somehow, without thinking, I took off the band from my wrist, shoot the whale shark, and let the handle (along with the gopro) off of my grip.Cue 1 minute later, I was panicking as I realised that I did not have my gopro in my hand (it is not about the go pro now, but more of all the wonderful footages of the diving). Lo and behold, a bright orange top bobbing in and out of water and right at that moment I decided to leave a very positive review for this product. Granted, I did not read the product description that it can float.
Is a sturdy handle. Held camera well underwater. However, the wrist strap is horrible. Had to end up tying a knot in the end of the strap to prevent it from getting too loose and falling off while diving.
The GoPro hand grip is an amazing add-on for your GoPro Hero9. I bought this to use it with my GoPro when snorkeling in middle of the ocean. As stated, this makes your GoPro float in water as expected. This put my mind at ease, giving me a good opportunity to enjoy snorkeling even more.The hand grip is very light weight to carry around in the bag and also the right size, so as to make it easier to hold. It provides good grip, be it out of water or inside.The grip is noticeable when out in the ocean due to its orange band on the end of the grip. The sponge on the grip is very good in terms that it gets dried as pretty soon.So happy with the product that I am going to use this from now on for all my water activities.
