This bowl has different measurements than posted. It is actually 2 x 11.8 x 11.8 (the same size as the "bowl" in the 2 piece set). I was hoping for something deeper, less platter like. I would have sent it back, but the shipping cost was the same price as the "bowl". It is also much lighter than pictured. It is a nice product, but the description is not true to the product.

Beautiful set, I love the shape and weight of the cups and the plates and bowls are gorgeous. The plates have curved sides rather then flat which I prefer. I’m very happy with my new dishes, we use them as our every-day set but they are pretty enough to use for special occasions!

Beautiful and elegant in its simplicity

I absolutely love this dinnerware. I purchased 4 sets of service for 4 so I have a total of service for 16 since I frequently have large family dinners at my house. The quality of the dinnerware is excellent and I could not be more pleased. I don't understand some of the negative comments about these dishes as I have not had any problems. The dishes are so simple in design, but yet so beautiful. Sometimes I just don't feel like using my good china for large family casual dinners and these couldn't be more perfect. I even ordered the completer set.

LOVE these dishes

We received these dishes as part of our wedding registry. I spent MONTHS (I am not joking) researching dishes and trying to find the perfect sweet spot of dishware that was affordable, great quality, and pretty. These were the first dishes we chose, and after ordering and looking at multiple other kinds, I came back to these. We've been using them for 2 months, with multiple dinner guests, many times through the dishwasher, and I truly love them. They are porcelain, which means they'll be very durable without being too heavy, but they're not too "delicate." Off white! Good quality clean look.

It’s not snow white like appears on picture, please look at my 15 year old plate in white for comparison. Hence the 4 stars..never the less, I love it, it’s elegant, off white, clean look all plates and mugs are even, the bowls when stacked I can tell the slightest difference in stacking as previous review, but unless you have ocd it’s absolutely minor.

Replacing pieces of current broken set

Bought as replacement for broken pieces in current set. I really like these dishes.

Worst DInnerware! VERY Fragile!

We had this set of dinnerware on our wedding registry to replace an older and cheaper off brand. There are only two adults in our household and we hand wash all of our dishes. Within the first week of using these a couple of them had chipped along the edge from just normal use. We have been using them for just over a month now and some have also developed large cracks through the center of the plates along with more chipping. We are by no means hard on this dinnerware. We had received 3 sets and unpacked two of them. We will be returning the third for something else. The price point that these are at and the name associated with them, we had higher expectations. I definitely DO NOT recommend this dinnerware set to anyone.

bring back the blue!

I really love these, I have a variety of dishes from the Maze collection and they have held up well over the past few years. No chips or cracks! One did break but it fell onto the tile floor so that's not surprising. I really wish that they would bring back the light blue.

perfect dinner set

I have 2 sets of this and some of the serving dishes as well. The pattern is very nice and works well with my other serving pieces. It is not the typical dull white dinnerware. My migs stain because of tea and coffee but nothing that can't be cleaned with a little bleach every month and they look as good as new.
