Incredibly lightweight waterproof jacket with hood to fit snugly over a cycling helmet. Perfect for All-Road use as it's lightweight, packable, yet completely waterproof. Ideal for use on and off the bike with a long back for protection while retaining a casual look.

Perfect biking top layer. I use this N.E.'s cold weather for mountain biking on top of layers, and it has been great so far, offering good breath-ability. I used to get hot and sweaty on rides, and then be freezing and wet by the time I would arrive home and have to unpack the gear. I imagine it will be good in Spring and Fall as well, with just fewer layers for warmth.

While I've only worn this out a couple of times, each time was in very heavy and persistent downpours, for about a 10 mile commute. The jacket really holds up, the pockets are handy and while the zips are short, not a problem. My only dislike is as others have commented, and I expected, was if you're not wearing your hood up, it catches the wind - it would be nice to be able to stow it/clip it back. It's also not that expensive for a Gore-tex jacket, with a nice cycling cut.

I bought it for my wife. It is for a man but there were no ladies sizes available. It fits fine but maybe not as slim fitting as the ladies version.

I typically buy an XL in Gore’s “fitted” labeled apparel but settled with a large here which fits somewhat fiited for my 6 ft 175 lbs frame. Note, I typically wear size Medium in most other brands regular fit apparel. Gore’s large here was just loose enough for swinging both a golf club and cycling. Wore in whippy wind/rain in Ireland and didn’t fail to perform. Highly recommend!
This jacket is exactly what I wanted. Very lightweight, packs down nice and small, and the construction feels solid. I have used it in light to moderate rain throughout the classic Scottish summer and it has kept the wet out. It also seems as breathable as you might expect from a Gore product. I am sweaty, so at full bore I still get sweat trapped on the inside, but I don't think any jacket can handle the level of moisture I put out. I have used the jacket as general purpose, and for some cycling. The hood is great over a helmet, and feels a bit hig and airy if nothing underneath, but again this is a clear design choice to make it better for cycling. The fit is right and the size is right. It's a great jacket overall: waterproof, breathable, looks decent. My only complaint is that the hood can't be rolled up or removed, which means that it sometimes flaps around annoyingly when you're riding your bike at higher speeds.
I like everything about the jacket to be honest but if I had one small niggle with the jacket it would be with the hood, fits nicely & securely over a helmet but when no helmet is worn the hood adjustment is not enough to secure the hood around your head so the wind fills the hood and tries to blow it off your head…. Also no storage for hood when not being used so again it fills with air and acts like a parachute. It would have been a 5 star review just the hood issues made it a 4.100% waterproof though !!!
Bought for winter riding in the PNW. Nice jacket overall, except the sleeve. Way too tight. Touch uncomfortable without a base layer, uncomfortable with 1 layer and very uncomfortable with 2 layers.
