I didn't want the gel style glue and this was the only other option from Gorilla. It was still a little too thick for my needs. I needed to apply this to a thin crack in a maple dining room table that I could not widen. I wanted it to run down when I applied it so that I could be sure that it covered the complete surface. I applied a piece of masking tape on the underside of the crack so that the glue would not drip onto the floor if it did make it through. When I took the tape off there was evidence that some glue had dripped down to the tape but I could not tell what kind of coverage I got. Mind you, after clamping immediately the two halves remained glued together and they have been for over a month now. So maybe I got more coverage than I suspected.Another ... I am certain that I didn't use that much clue, not even close. So make sure when you check this out on the shelf that you are getting a full bottle.

I love this product way more than Crazy Glue. The glue is great but it's the bottle that is fantastic. Stored as suggested this glue will last a long, long time and not jam up in the applicator. Nothing worse than using a super glue that you have to squeeze until it explodes out the end... if you can even get it open. Problem solved here. The issue for me is that where I need this glue is often hot and the glue gets thick and unusable after about a month. Still better than crazy glue.

I love this stuff. It does exactly what you'd expect it to do — sticks things together. My ONLY caveat is that as the bottle is opened and the glue is used, over a period of a few months it becomes so thick that it is very hard to squeeze out of the bottle and eventually it has to be discarded with about 50% of the product still in it. And then I buy a new, fresh, bottle...

This is great glue. While the hold is amazing, it does give you 10-15 seconds to align your parts or pieces. Works on almost everything. However, be careful if you are using foam or foamboard since it tends to eat or alter this material. I use foam of various types along with wood, cardboard, plastic, etc.
I bought this product to help hold together outside mitered corners on crown molding, and it worked very well for this purpose when I also used activator. I didn't like that it took some very vigorous shaking to get it to work. I initially was unable to get it to come out of the nozzle. After reading the label closely, I found that it needed to be shaken. That was a bit of an understatement in my opinion, but, after the requisite shaking, it worked very well.
I’m sure this super glue works amazingly if you don’t have the problems I had. It would’ve been helpful if it had a clear warning to store upright. And maybe to wear gloves when using. When I opened it after it was lying on its side, it immediately oozed out the top. The glue got on my fingertips. I tried to quickly wipe the glue onto the surfaces I was gluing together, which resulted in a finger getting painfully glued to a bathroom cabinet. I read over all the packaging, and while there are a few warnings that skin bonding is immediate, there are no instructions on how to remove the glue from skin, or remove glued fingers from objects. It says to call poison control. But I couldn’t even get to my phone. Ultimately, I lost skin from a couple fingertips. (No ... Bought this glue used a small amount to re-attach part of a broken figurine (that worked fine) sealed up thebottle and placed with my other glue products but suddenly needed to use some more of this glue on a secondproject. Unfortunately, the glue would not come out of plastic bottle even when significant squeeze pressure was applied. Had to remove the top and stick a nail in side of bottle to get more glue out. I should mention there was a lot less glue in the container then I believe there should have been and that I used very little of the glue on my first project. I would not recommend someone pay $5 or for this tiny (less than an ounce) bottle. Since it was the last one hanging in the display rack in fairness I would have to say perhaps it was OLD or Loew's ... Since it was the last one hanging in the display rack in fairness I would have to say perhaps it was OLD or Loew's may not be planning to carry this product anymore. I know Lowe's would replace or refund without question but didn't want to bother with taking it back to the store. I had a similar situation with a container of caulk bought at thestore discovered the product mfg. date indicated the tube of caulk was almost 2 years old. When I showed the tubeto the store department manager and went to shelve where I had obtained the caulk we found nearly a whole case ofstale dated caulk prompting the manager to say someone was not paying attention to the stores stocking rules offer an apology to me and was offered a fresh tube and to pleasure of going to the refund exchange desk so I could walk out of the store with the new tube of caulk. Whatever, right!
As a teacher's assistant, our students kept pulling off the cap to their stylus. Chromebook defect. At 1st I used Krazy glue it did well for the 2 months then came off. After sanding off the stylus, I used the gorllia glue. School is out and it is still on! I know better for next year.Sanding off 38 stylus was no fun.
In my time, I've tried a lot of different super glue brands, from Loctite, to Tamiya, to the small toothpaste-looking tubes. Now, I've found my favorite. The Gorilla glue is slow to dispense from the bottle, which means I have better control over how much glue I'm using. It also takes less time to set and bond, which is nice. So far as I can tell, when two glued pieces do break apart, there's no residue like what Loctite leaves. I'm incredibly happy with the product.
I liked that this was more of a gel then liquid form of glue. You do need to shake it quite a bit before opening it up to use it. Otherwise you will think its not coming out or defective, but you just need to closely follow directions on the bottle and it will flow out great. Bonding time is fairly quick, and if you allow product to fully dry, whatever you bonded together will stay bonded together. Used this to repair a broken hook on a decorative key ring holder.
