I would like to thank influenster and got2b for sending me this Got Curls-define and protect spray. I have wavy, sun damaged hair that needs extra hydration to form a good curl. I used this spray on wet hair after applying a leave in conditioner. I sprayed it quite liberally and scrunched it into my curls before diffusing. These curls turned out to be soft, bouncy and nicely defined. I was expecting this to give a crunchy hold as ‘got2b’ is famous for its Glued range which gives such a firm hold, I was not expecting these lovely soft curls at all. The curls retained their shape all day and only needed a little extra spray on dry hair to refresh the next day. This is a product I'm thrilled to introduce as a regular addition to my hair care routine.

I’ve tested this while my hair is wet and when it’s dry and both times it’s helped remove future or current fizz. Right now I use it whenever I need to brush my hair and it brings my hair back to pre brush state but without tangles. It smells really nice and I’ve got complimented on it too. I will say I wish it had instructions on the bottle. I know majority of people who buy these products may know how to use them but for people getting started, it would be nice to know for sure they’re doing it correct.

I liked the nice coconut spray (reminded me a bit of being on holiday), and I do think that this product helps a bit. After washing my daughter’s hair, i towel dried it with a special curl towel, then sprayed a little of this (be careful not to spray too much) then I scrunched the curls up which helped with definition! Then defused it with the hairdryer. All in all fairly happy but wish it tackled the frizz a bit more.

I received this product free of charge from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. Firstly I couldn’t find any instructions on the product about how best to use it, so I tried it on both wet and dry hair. However, I didn’t find it made much difference either way. The positives are that it is curly girl friendly, vegan and mainly natural ingredients. The negatives for me are that it has a really off-putting smell and that it didn’t do much to reduce the frizz of my hair. It wasn’t heavy or sticky which is a bonus. Maybe it needs to be used with other products in the same line, but there were no instructions so I can only comment on this individual product.
My hair is hard to manage at times as is very tick and curly. Every time I wash, when it dries is all tangled amd with not the best looking curls.Today was the 1st time ive used this after washing it. I brushed, shaped my hair and then sprayed this and let it dry naturally!I had a few compliments today about how nice my hair looked, and how long it took me to curl it, ehehe! Perfect! This got2b got curls- define and protect spray for my hair is nice. It smells lovely when you spray it in your hair and defines your curls nicely. I still find that my hair is a little frizzy still when using the spray but I do have really frizzy hair anyway. I sprayed it on my hair when it was damp and then let it do its things. I will certainly continue to use it and buy it in the future because I have noticed a difference to my curls whilst using this spray.

To me, this was just slightly scented water.Used it on wet hair, and my curls were exactly the same. Same hold as usual. Used it on dry hair and it was just the same as when I 'refresh' with water, but with a slight coconut scent.The colour and feel of the bottle was good. But the square shaped bottle made it feel awkward to spray. Wouldn't buy, wouldn't recommend, but it's not the worst product.
