It took awhile (and it might be worthwhile to add some specific instructions for induction cooktops) but I was finally able to cook an egg in this pan and be able to flip it, without the whole lot disintegrating into a whit mess (no yokes)! Carefully scrubbed the pan three times and finally left it on a low heat on the ceramic cooktop and rebaked the oil into it. Finally yesterday I used it for my 2 egg white omelet on a low heat ceramic top and this morning repeated the effort on my induction cooktop, continuously turning the pan and wow a beautiful omelet, no sticking or anything! The delivery was great and speedy!

The surface is too rough and when cooking all the food sticks to it constantly. I have stopped using it.

Great skillet. Needs seasoning before use. Just oil it all over with cooking oil and bake in the oven at 220 degrees C for 30 mins. Repeat 3 times.
