Everyone says the screen is too small, but it really seems fine to me. I like the color screen as well. Keep in mind the screen never goes to sleep which is a bit annoying it would be nice if if would completely turn off when not in use like other IP phones. Configuration is simple, however mine seems to be having issues with upgrading firmware. Overall solid IP phone that is also elegant enough to use in nicer settings.

Using this phone with VOIP.ms phone service. Works great, call quality is good, lots of configuration options.
Great phone. Unfortunately, my sip provider only allows one line at a time, and transfers are handled via touch tonw. I wonder if the phone can merge the two within the phone if I got a second from them. I know I can have multiple sip providers one per "line"/ appearance. 4 of which for this phone. I actually have this at home, and it's great to glance down and see the weather without grabbing my cell or turning on the tv in the morning.
Great price and functionality, power adapter included. The display is small and hard to read. Also, the ringer options are awful. Wish there were more BLF buttons.
I use these phones on asterisk voip systems. Very easy to configure and use. The sound quality is great and the feel of the phone in the hand makes this a great executive phone.
Overall, I think this is a decent phone, especially for the price. Unfortunately, the LCD screen begins fading close to a year of use. I think about 30-40% of the units I purchased are experiencing fade-out. Go check out the Grandstream forums and you'll see that others have this issue as well. I do not recommend this for that reason.
These phones are known for having the LCD displays break after a few months use. We deployed several GXP2135s and within 8 months about 50% of the phones had screen fading, within a year they all had some fading and roughly 30% were unuseable. They use cheap LCD displays so this is what you get, lesson learned as we lost money having to replace these phones for our customers.
