Product worked as advertised, I was happy with the result. What I found annoying was the packaging. The lid is used as a measuring device to get the right amount of product, but even letting the cap drip for a few minutes, product stays in the cap and then drips down the side of the bottle when lid is put back on the bottle. Other liquid manufacturers are figured this out, disappointing that Granger hasn't yet

Great product, I use this on all of my Gore-Tex products. It is important to use the right products for your hunting clothing to preserve their waterproof qualities and not using anything that would harm the product.
I had just returned from a mule deer hunt and my wife was wondering how to wash my new Kuiu garments, so she called customer service and they highly recommended this product. They were very helpful and also adviced her on how to set the clothes washer and dryer.The product comes with instructions on how much to use.
Followed instructions on the bottle and on the winter coat on how to clean in a washing machine. it didn't remove the stains at all! And I washed it twice. Don't bother buying if you have tough stains. I was reviewing best detergent for outdoor coats and jackets and toys was recommended. Will likely need to take it to a dry cleaner.
Tried my washed jackets out in the rain the other day and there's a definite improvement in repellency. Prior to washing water wasn't really beading on the material anymore. Post washing (once) the majority of areas were beading, but some moisture was still bleeding through into the jacket material. I probably should have started using this product a long time ago though and stuck with using it a couple times per year.I'd imagine if I give it a couple extra washes with it this year it will be keeping me dry for full days out in the rain.
I have 200+ nights sleeping, backcountry skiing, and backpacking in the Torrid jacket. I hand-washed it twice using 1/2 a cap in the kitchen sink with appropriate amount of water. It definitely takes out the dirt. The water went from clear and soapy to brown in an instant. But a 1/2 cap didn't remove armpit odor. The 3rd time I washed it with a full cap and armpit odor was almost completely gone. Definitely will be using full cap for now on.
We've been using Nikwax Tech Wash for several years but decided to give this one a try instead. I can say it works fantastic on motorcycle textile gear. We use it on our jackets and pants. No fading in the colours. Neutral smelling. Good value in the 1L bottle size. Definitely recommended.

As science, information, and products multiply, the ability to get the most out of the quality wool and high tech clothing that I have purchased becomes increasingly compelling. I did recently do a review of available products in order to step up from my longstanding basic commercial "hunter"s odor-out one stop shopping " type laundry soaps. The Granger product line seemed to fit the bill and was also recommended by Kuiu. I have used them now for one washing each of tech and wool and found them just fine and nothing to complain about. I will stick with these special products in order to get the best long term function and ...
