I love the contrast of the food with the greenish coating, you can clearly see how your food is cooking I usually have cast iron or stainless steel in my kitchen. The shape of these pans is perfect too I love the subtle curvature and the weight is not too light or too heavy, just right. Best of all, nothing sticks no need to cure it, just did grilled panela cheese this morning and it was perfect.

I have used a dozen different brands of"non-stick" pans in my 50 years of cooking. Each ended with scratches that left exposed metal, some with flecks of coating in the soup! No such nonsense with my Green Pans. Happy with the 8" and 10" added to my favorite 12" pan. We use these for everything!

I'm really disappointed with these GreenPans. At first, the nonstick works fantastically. However, over about a month of light use, things started to stick like eggs, pancakes. I followed the instructions for care, but it still didn't help. Now one of my pans has a ding in it, which I'm not sure how it got there as we don't use metal utensils on it. My parents bought the Copper Chef pans 5 years ago, and they're still non-stick.

Received my pan and took a picture of my omelet (well done) that I cooked. It slid right out of the pan. Waited to review, as time tells. So three months later snapped another pic of eggs cooked and still slid right out. I use daily, but did read the instructions for care. I do not cook on the highest heat and I did buy some felt pads to place between them for storage. My go to pans especially for eggs. Clean up is a breeze too.
I ordered the Chatham and the York GreenPan sets as I didn't know which I wanted. I chose the Chatham as I like the handle better. I had never had any nonstick pans and when this went on sale I decided to try it. I read a lot of negative comments about these two sets. BUT I believe if you follow the manufacturer's care instructions you will have no problems! I really LOVE this pan and am glad I finally got a set!

We love over medium eggs and the smaller Green Pan lets me flip them over and over with a minuscule amount of added butter - healthier to eat. The handle is cool to the touch and the pans can be transferred from stove to oven, which makes your final product amazing!! The bottom the the Green Pan is the best feature - it’s a heavy duty, thicker material and builds and holds heat in a way that other nonstick pans just don’t. I am not into non-stock skillets, normally. The coating always ends up getting chipped, scratched, and can flake off into your food. No thanks. I usually stick to my heavy duty All-Clad stainless. But I thought I would try these Green Pans after a friend had one and made me an omelette. I made breaded chicken, cooked in some (not much) oil. I was aware from the instructions that it would get hot fast, and it did. The chicken cooked evenly, no burning, and then the clean up was a total breeze. No dishwasher, but it washes so easily that it took about the same effort as loading it into the dishwasher. I will treat these gently, I’m still a little nervous, but I’ve been very happy with my new pans.
I ordered the Chatham 8" frying pan and the 10" frying pan as a SET. When my order arrived, it was only the 8" frying pan. Target re-ordered the set, and this time I received only the Chatham 10" skillet! I have a set NOW, and luckily Target only charged me the total for the SET not each one individually. Anyway, I love the skillets. I use just a little oil (not spray of any kind) or a little butter to fry. Only use a soft cleansing cloth, after letting the skillet cool. Have to remove it and not let it stay on the burner, after turning the burner off. I'm going to follow the instructions so I don't have to keep rebuying skillets in the future!!!
These fry pans are perfect! The handles do not get real hot, the surface does not stick and they are so easy to clean! The 8 inch is made for an egg or two, the 10 inch is great for larger portions. I bought the dividers and am bought new utensils. I want these to last in good shape forever!
Perfect set of pans. The smaller pan is perfect for eggs, easy to flip with a dab of butter. The larger pan is hood for frying and searing. Easy clean up and no Teflon worries. Bought a set for myself and my mother. She loves them too.
