Perfect pan. Cooking for one is easy withis pan. It cooks evenly and quickly. Easy clean up and sitting ready for every meal. I would buy this pan for friends and family if i could. Awesome pan and great price!

I'm really disappointed with these GreenPans. At first, the nonstick works fantastically. However, over about a month of light use, things started to stick like eggs, pancakes. I followed the instructions for care, but it still didn't help. Now one of my pans has a ding in it, which I'm not sure how it got there as we don't use metal utensils on it. My parents bought the Copper Chef pans 5 years ago, and they're still non-stick.

I bought this pan 10/7/23. Today is 2/21/23. Pan is now useless. Got this to replace my Calphalon pan that I used for about 5 years. Biggest purchase mistake I’ve ever made. Forget about getting sunny side up. Scrambled is all u can get. Good luck!!!
I enjoy using this pan, but I'm scrupulous in cleaning it. I'll wash the pan five or six times after every use until I can no longer get even a hint of scent from what I just cooked. I then rinse well wit hot water and buff with a soft, cotton cloth. I think this is in part why the pan has lasted so long for me. Clearly microscopic bits of food are embedding themselves onto the pan since I can smell them. These particles build up over time and prevent the pan from being non-stick.
The pan is a good size and one lid my collection of glass ones fits. However, I did not see (was this mentioned in the online marketing description?) that you can't use spray oils with the pan. Not using spray oil is a major drawback. My husband and I are used to a fast "Squirt-Fry-Eat" sequence in our forever quest after time-saving hacks in the kitchen.
I don't usually spend money on fancy cooking ware.When I asked about so-called non-stick copper pans , I was told they really do not work. The BBB salespeople are pretty good & recommended this pan. It really is non-stick & easy to clean--just wipe with a sponge. It save a lot of time spent scrubbing pans. But, you must use a plastic non-scratch spatula.
Weighted evenly to lay flat on stove, quite non-stick & easy to clean and it is large enough for 3 butterflied chicken breasts. Time will tell if it warps. The only trick was in finding a space to store something that wide.Measurements: 14 1/8" across the top, 12 1/2 " across bottom and long handle end to helper handle end is 24 1/4 ".Yes, this pan is sizable. Very impressed so far!
I purchased this pan because I wanted to cook eggs. I did read the reviews. A couple of reviews stated “it sticks “. I thought maybe not. Yes it sticks ! I used maybe two to three times and it started to stick. Cleans up well after cooling off. But forget it about eggs or omelets. Don’t buy it. I’m looking again. Going to drop it off at a donation drop off. Very disappointed.
This is a great skillet. I highly recommend it. I love the fact that I am cooking without chemicals. I am cooking pancakes right now as I type this. It is big enough that I can cook three at a time. I also use it to steam veggies, stir fry, and bake my biscuits. The cover is a huge bonus.
