I recently purchased a cookware set from this website on. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue while using one of the pots.The ceramic coating on the edge of the pot chipped off after just one wash with a soft sponge. Considering the reputation and history of this company, I expected a higher quality product.Despite contacting customer service on, I have yet to receive a response. I am looking for a solution to this problem and hope that the company will address it promptly.
