I love this pan, in fact it is my second one. I just got this one to have in the future. My first one is still good and used everyday. Surface still like new and so easy to cook and clean. I previously used a cast iron pans, Le Creuset, for 20 years, which I loved but wanted to try something different.

Looks beautiful and easy to clean. I cook on a low temp., wait until it's cool and use a mild detergent with a soft cloth. Looks brand new and nothing sticks to it! Best of all, I know our parrot is safe from fumes.
When deciding if I would purchase this pan I read reviews and they were pretty bad. I also went on to Greenpans website and reviews were very similar but Greenpan responded to the negative comments and advised to only use low heat and wash with warm soapy water to prevent build up of oils.. I have only used my pan on low heat and its perfect. The hardest thing is catching your slippery egg to flip it. Love it and it was a great price on special. Highly recommend.
So easy to clean! Handy small size. Was worried it wouldn’t brown meat but it works great, really even heating. And it looks beautiful!
I just love how it's free of the harsh chemicals, non-stick but also quite elegant with the gold handles. You can keep this pan outside of your cabinets.

This pan is not non stick. The first day I had it cooked eggs sunny side up and had to throw them out as they stuck to the pan. This pan will be joining the eggs in the rubbish. The $20 supermarket frypans are better products. I have had the pan less than 2 weeks and it has already discoloured because food has stuck to it so badly
Love it so so much! Very unstick, just a reminder for other buyers that it will be unstick only under hot pan and soft fire. Never use big fire on it!!! Gentle and beautiful smoky blue, just make a set with my little rice cooker pot. Perfect! Hope Myer can sell the skillet with the same colour, it would be great!
