GreenPan are always a great choice, good quality, non stick, I've been using it for almost a year before posting this review, still in perfect condition, got all 3 sizes. If you maintain it well, you'll have this for many years.

I love these pans as the non-stick is better than anything on the market BUT, I only find they stay non-stick for about 6-9 months. I do use the pan several times a day so that is a lot of uses. I only cook with olive oil, use a low heat and only wash with a light cloth but the non-stick still eventually goes within this time. I have bought 4 of these over the last couple of years and think it is a purchase worth making even if it only has a limited use time. They do warp if used over high heat so low temperatures are best.

Pretty nice frypan. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and here are my thoughts.Pros.The Non Stick surface is really good. Water and even oil (mostly) just run straight off or bead up.Its easy to clean the black bottom is superior to the typical brushed metal finish.(I'll have to wait and see the durability of these features)Cons.On the induction hob, I have to set it a notch or two higher than the old curculon frypan, to achieve the same temperature.

I have used this pan about 3 time so far and have been enjoying using it. This ceramic non-stick property is very close to PFAS non-stick pan. Surface touches smooth too. I have another Neoflam wok with their older coating, and found this pan has better non-stick property. I love the pan's 8.4cm height side, helps prevent spill when cooking. It's large 26.5 heat conducting surface is also great for searing a single large piece meat or many small pieces of meat.The only down side I find so far is when I first got the pan, there were some kinda oil streak which can only be seen from an angle. I need to use the rough side of the non-stick sponge and give it some reasonable force to remove it. Great pan. Nothing sticks at all but you do have to treat it with loving care and not overheat, only use plastic or wood utensils and wash up with a soft cloth so no scratchies.
Enforced change from gas to electric induction hob forced change of cookware to induction compatible. Greenpan Torino frypan's clean green credentials combined with HS sale price induced the purchase! So far so good - solid well-sized deep-sided pan requiring minimal lubrication for healthy cooking.
I bought this hoping for a non stick, eco option. It performed ok for a month and now it’s terrible to use and clean. Returning it today.* To note I used low/med heat, cloths to clean it, no dishwasher etc.
One of my friend who works for a newspaper has advised me to ask you about warranty of the purchased frying pan.I was sure you being a big and serious company at firs will make apologies for your sold product but not find us your customers the guilty one and after all because the pan is still under warranty terms you could replace another one which is better.I don't want to publish this inconvenience in newspaper, but your team will force me to do.I have nothing to lose but lots of people will know how you treat your customers.
I bought this pan because I believed it would be high quality, following reading the information and considering the price. However, after use I am utterly disappointed. I did not find this pan to be non-stick, as suggested.
Excellent! This pan is truly non-stick! It's far better than all the very many non-stick pans, of various brands, that I've owned before. Very easy to clean and well designed shape. I bought two more sizes.
