I like the fact that GreenPan is healthier than the traditional non stick pans. I like the use of real oils (even very little), over the store bought sprays (Pam, etc). The pans are awesome! Low-medium heat cooking gets the job done and what a breeze to clean! I am so pleased that I bought the whole set and even the green life cookie sheets and baking pans. Thank you Green Pan for providing great looking cookware that is healthy and fun to use!

I don’t typically write reviews but was compelled to do so for this product. I’ve been on induction for 5 years and although my tri-ply pans are great it is difficult to find a quality non stick induction pan. I decided to try the Valencia and am so glad I did. They are VERY responsive — heat up quickly and I actually cook on a lower temperature. Clean up with a sponge as directed. They can go in the dishwasher but I prefer to hand wash because it is so quick and easy. For induction users these are worth every penny. Highly recommend. Exceptional quality and love that they are Green!

These have a nice even weight to them so even on an electric coil, they stay flat and cook evenly. The surface truly is non-stick! Finally a true non-stick pan. The induction compatible feature is a big bonus since we use both. The edges can scuff easily and need to be stored with a buffer of some sort if stacking them, which we always did before but now being extra mindful of it. We really appreciated the good instructions provided by the company on pre-heating, what oils to use or not, how best to clean them etc. Great customer service when we needed it. That alone is enough to make us keep coming back to GreenPan.

I bought the fry pan set in November 2022. I liked the design, the environmental aspect and the were on sale. I didn't really have any expectations more than that they would last for 6 months and be fairly stick-free. Unfortunately they were never stick-free. Eggs are the worst. I cook using oil and on low heat so it doesn't splatter and I can't get them to not stick. Pans still look like new after 6 months but probably because I hardly use them, it's too annoying. Even the cheapest T-fal or similar that I've had, never stuck like these pans. I recommend you look elsewhere. These do not perform as advertised.

They do require thoughtful use that is a bit different from traditional fry pans, but I can’t tell you how much they have infused cooking with fun and ease again!First of all, when, getting ready to cook, make sure that you put the pan on a very low/simmer temperature on the burner for at least a minute and a half. Then, feel free to raise the temperature, though I rarely go past medium/medium high as they warm up quickly and evenly and any higher heat will create some residue on the pan and decrease the lifespan of the ceramic coating. Any residue comes off easily with just a soft brush or sponge. It has created less stress and much more enjoyment in cooking again.Make sure to invest in some silicon or other BPA, free plastic cooking utensils, and avoid metal completely. Also, store them with some kind of towel or other soft object to protect the pans when stacking them in storage.The only improvement I could see would be to put a double coating around the lip of each pan, as using lids does tend to inevitably mark the lip of the pans, though I am careful to avoid metal in any other circumstance.I have a set of nesting Valencia pots that I use as well, and the five piece set has changed my cooking experience 100%!Follow these simple recommendations (all spelled out in the users manual, btw) and you may just experience the joy of cooking again. Customer Service has always been very helpful and easy to contact, so I have nothing but great things to say about Greenpan.Thanks, and I hope this is helpful for other folks out there who are considering investing in the Valencia line.

I’ve not had any trouble with keeping them stain and scratch-free with one exception. My husband used a fork to scrpe something out of one of the skillets and made a small scratch. I just received this 3 pan set today & I will be calling customer service tomorrow to find out how to return these pans. They arrived with some damage to the finish around the edges, as others have mentioned. However, my main issue is that the very 1st pan (smallest) that I removed the sticker from already had spots without any non-stick finish underneath it. I haven't even used the pan yet! That does not speak well for the durability of these pans. I do have some older pans from the Lima line that have done well so far. These look like very poor quality next to them.
I've used these pans for the past three weeks, and they are far superior to the very expensive pans I have been buying from high-end kitchen shops. First and foremost, the foods that I want to brown actually do brown, almost as well as my stainless pans. Amazing! Second, they are so smooth that clean up can be done with a paper towel, although I do use a sponge and soap for hygiene purposes. And lastly, they are induction ready, which makes my induction roommate very happy. These pans are expensive, but they are well worth it.
These pans are horrible. They stop working after about 3 weeks they burn everything and everything Sticks! They are uneven also. And they starts to chip around the edges after a couple washes. It’s a waste of your money if I could give no star I would but it’s not allowed…customer service is terrible they won’t back their products and couldn’t care less about you!
These are the best non-stick pans I have ever used! We have been using them for about 6 months and the coat still works wonderfully. We rarely go above medium heat as the pans get warm enough to sear at that point and cook evenly.A little warm water and a rag, they clean up easily from there.We store them with the pan protectors and do not use lids that often. For us the lips have held up nicely.
