I've been looking for several months to find and replace my outdated cookware and am I ever glad I found Valencia's 8qt Covered Stockpot. This stockpot is amazing! I found it works best if you use a little cooking spray or butter and cook on low to medium heat. I couldn't believe how sturdy this stockpot really is. The glass lid is made of a nice thick glass and handle as well as thick handles on the pot itself. It's perfect for making soup beans, vegetable soup, chili and any other kind of beans or soup as well as spaghetti. It's so easy to clean because the non stick material that it's made of. I have immensely enjoyed cooking with this pot, which I got about 2 months ago. Heat distribution is pretty even, heats up quickly too and clean up is so so so easy. I’m treating this pot with care, following the directions on how to use and clean it. I’m hopeful the non stuck coating will last a long time if I take care of it!

I use this pot for steamed rice or stewed meats. Heats very well. Cooks evenly. When I cook in this pot I know I'm going to get great results. This pot has replaced the electric rice cooker. Very pleased over all with my purchase.

I e had green pans before. I needed a pasta pot for my new flat surface stove. Working great so far. Bought sauce pans. No complaints. Wouldn’t be afraid to try any of these but caution to read instructions provived
Received this awesome stockpot and have used it for making some homemade vegetable soup and of course, a big pot of chili. This stockpot is a good size for doing these types of foods. It has a see-through lid so you can keep an eye on what's cooking! Its non-stick and cleanup is easy! This stockpot isn't overly heavy and its constructed quite well. You can use this with your conduction stove.
I was so excited to order this stockpot. It was a perfect size for my family chili recipe.It arrived and the size is perfect for a single or double batch. (Picture shown with single batch)I really like that the pot is has a good quality ceramic structure to it but not overly heavy or difficult to manage. I will say it lives by the nonstick claim. I thought for sure my chili would stick to the side but nope, easy prays clean up. It’s also dishwasher safe- thank youMost importantly, it does cook well and evenly. The handles didn’t get hot but they could so be careful. I also really like that it will not omit toxic fumes and green quality.I definitely recommend this stockpot- great design, green materials, perfect size!

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing the Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 8-Quart Stockpot with Lid because of the price. I bit the bullet and purchased it and let me tell you that it is worth every penny. I've already made a number of different soups and this morning made a pot of ratatouille! The size was perfect and clean up a breeze. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to purchase a nonstick stock pot.
Love this pan so far. Shiny surface so food slides off. Don't have to worry about the nonstick surface leeching chemicals into the food. Heavy pan. Seems to be of good quality so far. Handles do get hot. Wish they had a coating/covering on them so a hotpad would not be necessary when taking off the lid or moving the pan. Hope it lasts.
If you need a stock pot, this is great for that. If you need to cook a meal in a pot, this is great for that. If you need to cook, you will like this pot.It distributes the heat evenly so no burnt areas. Good size for my family of 4 with a few guests.The most interesting thing is that this pot practically sheds the food remnants. I run a bit of water over it to get rid of the chunks before putting it in the dishwater. The dishwater takes care of the rest without scrubbing or soaking.Highly recommend.
