I love this Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 11" Everyday Pan with Lid. The pan has a good weight to it and sits nice and flat on the stove top. The flat cooking surface inside the pan is about 9" and it has an even heat with no hot spots. The lid fits perfectly even with no wobbling. I have used this pan almost everyday for a week now and I love how versatile it is. I love being able to sear my meats on the stove top and finish it off in the oven all in one pan. I have had no problems with foods sticking. This pan is so easy to clean, it wipes clean with a damp paper towel and then washed in hot soapy water with a sponge. I highly recommend this pan it is definitely a pan you will use everyday.

This pan is AMAZING. The nonstick coating makes it so easy to clean, it sears meat PERFECTLY and heats up so quickly and evenly. I have made several dishes from stovetop to oven with ease, and I’m in love! Two small notes: the base of the pan is a bit smaller than I expected, so I can fit about 4 bone-in chicken thighs in there, but not MUCH more at the base. Also, I like the double handles for ease of picking up/lack of obstruction but they do get hot.

Love this pan! It is so versatile, I can fry,saute,simmer there is no limit. I am especially happy with the double handles. As a senior, it is easy to grasp, that is important to me. I like the nonstick finish so easy to clean. I highly recommend this pan.

We received high recommendation on this pan and we're excited to received it. We also bought another pan along with this. It stated that this pan is induction safe. However, it can't even work on our induction stovetop. Not knowing that it doesn't not work, we threw away all the packaging and boxes. Now we are stuck with a new pan and can't even return it (since everything needs to be in its original packaging). Another non-stick wok that we bought here is full of chemical smells. So disappointed!
Overall, the interior of the pan is fine. After one use I was surprised to find some of the non-stick already coming of the rim. My biggest complaint are the handles of the pan. Unlike the other collections, these handles are not heat resistant. It sort of defeats the purpose of having handles if you can’t even touch them while cooking. I have gotten several burns on my fingers from the handles. Whomever designed this pan, why would you make the handles heat resistant on the other collections, but not this one? Bad design.
Pans are great! I have learned to cook on low to medium heat as advised by manufacturer and everything cooks perfect! I have purchased several nonstick pans including Calaphon and Ballarini - great pans but after a few years the surface begins to degrade. Green pans are significantly less than cost those listed. If all nonstick pans eventually fail ,I would prefer to pay a lesser price. I have bought 4 more pans since this purchase.
This is a fantastic pan. I have a couple of other Valencia Pro frypans and I really love all of them, the entire line is top notch, but this one in particular is my favorite. The fact that it's oven-safe makes it really easy to do single-pan meals in it that can go straight from the stove into the oven to do stuff like melt fresh mozzarella on top of a pasta dish. All-around great pan, and it's easy to clean even when I'm lazy and leave it sitting until the next day. I'm slowly working on replacing all of the pans in my kitchen with Valencia Pro stuff.
Purchased this pan for my Husband's birthday, and he has enjoyed cooking with it immensely! His "favorite" old pan finally lost favor...and I wanted something that would hold up to literally everyday use. Everything from omelets to fish, and everything in between, has been easy and well prepared. It heats evenly and consistently. I personally love the handle....I have a small hand, and it allows me full control, with great balance. We've had it for a month, and, for now, have absolutely no complaints
