This clay is so impressive because it isn’t hard to mold yet any designs I make in it with my tools stand out well. When I put effort into tiny details I want them to be prominent so I was very pleased with this. I love the large quantity of clay because it’ll last a long time. The clay doesn’t take too long to bake and comes out super strong. I use it to make beads and small figurines or ornaments. After I baked it I was able to use acrylic paint to add some lovely colors. I had always heard sculpey was truly the best in terms of clay brands and now I see why. This will be my go to from now on.

I use this as a hard structure for making stop motion puppets. Harder and thicker than Sculpey III, it takes a while to get soft but is great for carving details and making heavier objects. Bakes just as easily and fast and is overall a great product.

My 9 year old son had a blast with the Super Sculpey clay. The pack came with plenty a appropriately sizes "strings" of clay that he was able to mold into his desired shapes. He was able to re-mold his creation over and over until he got it just right. Once he was happy with what he created, it went into the oven for about 30 minutes and it was officially a work of art! Be careful - the clay does retain the heat for several minutes after taking it out of the oven. Once it coled down, he was able to paint the finished product using some craft paint. Great for young artists looking for an upgrade over regular play dough.

This super Sculpey was so much fun to do as a DIY activity with my kids! It was easy to use with simple instructions. It was hours of endless fun and sculpting. Highly recommend for anyone even beginners. Tons of fun and not a lot of mess!!
I'm a big fan of the Super Sculpy brand. Their clays are easy to work with and the detail achievable is awesome. I really like the grey clay, it's easier to see the details better than the other colors, making adding details so much easier. The clay holds details perfectly, I like to make small figures, so a clay that allows for smaller details is a must, Super Sculpy Grey has delivered that quality for me, which is why it's my go to clay.
This Super Sculpey oven bake clay is great! My daughter and I have made so many things this past weekend with it! Super easy to mold and blend. You can bake it on glassware or metal sheets which is great. Preheat your oven to 275 degrees, sculpt away and then bake for about q5 mins and you're ready to go! Great quality product!
I make custom bobbleheads with Super Sculpey - so I always try to buy the 8lb. bulk pack. it has been on backorder for a long time. I was very happy it was back in stock. In the past, the clay was easy to pry apart in long layers from the clay brick - then I would run it through the pasta machine to kneed it. But the new batch comes in solid bricks which has me changing the way I cut and kneed the clay. Which is okay - but I prefer the old way better.
My children and their cousins used this clay to make little sculptures. The clay was easy to work with and had a great texture. They had no problems molding it. The clay did not dry out on them. It was easy for them to smooth out the bits they needed and they were able to add a little water without it getting too mushy. They loved that we were able to cook them in the oven and paint them afterwards. They loved this.
This “clay” is a bit hard for the younger aged. Clearly the package says 14+ but my 7 year old really wanted to try it out. I had her separate it in chunks to play with it my parts and get it softer, that worked. It kept her interested fir a while and thinking of more ideas on things to create. The instructions are in the wrapper and very easy to follow. We really enjoyed this!
My youngest son is an artistic elementary school student and we invest in his gift. He recently had a project in his history class involving creating dinosaurs with any type of play dough or clay. My son's project came out the best, but not just because of his talent, but the quality of the sculpt is so much better than others we have had and of the other higher end sculpts other students used. Definitly recommend.
