After a lot of contemplating and "umm-ing" and "ahhhh-ing" I finally brought 2 of these, destined for a project. Happy to say I am pleased with them, they had a higher wool content that what it had said in the description and were slightly darker however I am still happy with it/them. Unfortunately they were alot thinner than I had expected, around 1-1.5mm thick, me thinking they were around 3mm thick. I was also pleasantly surprised at the extremely quick delivery speed, ordered it on the 6th, came from Woolston all the way up to Rural Auckland and had it at my front door early morning on the 8th. 5 Stars, would purchase again.

Hard wearing dense blanket. Competitive price making it good value. It had a strong industrial smell when opened and needed airing before it could be used.

Nice heavy blanket for outdoors. Stops drafts on cold sleeping nights.
Great. Wam and comfortable. Needed a wash to gey that super strong mothball smell out of it before using it, but now its awsome.
Blanket is pretty decent, but it is not fully wool - only about 50% wool, so tat is a bit of a let down. None the less, it is heavy and warm. Not for those wanting a hiking blanket, but for car camping etc. it is pretty decent. Best of all, it does not stink of chemicals :)

I was so disappointed with these. The smell is overwhelming and the quality is terrible. I had an image of getting a pure wool blanket and thought it was too good to be true for the price. I’m going to have to return them both.
Purchased 10 of these at a great price. Will be excellent for days out on the tracks
I have bought three of these blankets so far for scouts. They are great for the cost and nice and warm. Perfect for campfires and sleeping in tents as an extra layer from the elements either below on the stretcher or above as an extra layer. We often take ours in the car as blankets for drives home if the kids are tired.
