My son said "I don't like this" when he first got it (because it's not some pre-packaged, specific-use toy), and then proceeded to play with it more than any other toy we have. It's been trees in a forest, "gas for an ice cream machine", little ducklings, a tool for working on simple addition, and countless other things over the last few weeks since we got it. He LOVES it. Great on it own, or in conjunction with other Grimms or Grapat wooden toys.

My daughter loves these trees so much. She uses them to make towns and cities with her other Grimm's blocks and WaytoPlay road, but they also function as towers for castles and mandala pieces. My set ended up arriving with the smallest purple tree missing and customer service at Bella Luna was so helpful and kind to send me a replacement piece as soon as they were able to get one in stock so now our set is complete.

I bought this set as a birthday gift for my niece. She hasn't opened the set yet, but I must admit that I opened the set and played with the toy trees, arranging them by size and color to make patterns. I suppose that even adults are in need of Waldorf play from time to time. It's a very cute set: I anticipate (just based on the fun that I had) that my niece will love this. And if she doesn't? Well, her parents surely will.

I was really looking forward to watching my child play with these and seeing his imagination grow. Unfortunately, one of the cones had a chip out of it upon arrival and I was worried of it chipping more or splintering when we played with them. Customer service was great and I returned them for a full refund (they were out of stock so I couldn't exchange them). I wish we could have kept them, the colors are beautiful and go great with the Grimms ring set.
I like them, they're bigger than people think. When I received them they had a lot of colour transfer already and dents. This isn't an issue with Yesbebe, it's Grimm's, they're sent in a Grimm's box that's sealed in plastic so already like that. Obviously with wooden toys colour transfer and dents are inevitable but I felt a little disheartened as they don't look as beautiful as they could have, especially for the price. I always choose rainbow over pastel for this reason too. But yesbebe have the best price for these.
Preschool classroom includes many Grimm items as part of their storytelling set. A large low table is covered in moss with varied items for children to create stories and record their ideas. The Wood Forest Building set proved to be a catalyst to ideas and discoveries. Increase in collaboration, sustained engagement, vocabulary, curiosity and imagination.
These are even more vibrantly beautiful in person! Love the texture/feel of them as well. They have a somewhat smoother texture than most of the Grimm’s larger pieces.10/10 recommend adding into your open see play collection!
These rainbow trees are so gorgeous, love the quality of the wood, and the craftsmanship! Our children haven’t used them yet- they’re for Christmas but I’m excited for the endless possibilities they hold. I see spires of a castle, ice cream cones, a rainbow forest, can’t wait to see what the children come up with for them!
I love how this forest invites kids to use their imagination. My boys have used these as ice cream cones, castles, microphones and more! They are also perfect to use with the colored rings. Very happy with this purchase, the quality, and the amazing service from The Natural Baby Co.!
This forest building set is lovely! We got the pastel version, and it’ll match the Grimm’s rainbow we have very nicely. I absolutely love the idea of using these blocks to construct a forest for our Grapat gnomes to travel through!
