Global knives are my favorite and I have slowly been building my collection. I had previously gotten the knives that I thought would get the most use. But now after using this knife, I wish I would have gotten it sooner. The feel in my hand is wonderful. Easy to hold, light, and angle of handle and blade are perfect for a paring knife. It truly has made cutting up fruits and vegetables much easier. I’ll have to hide it from my husband because once he feels how it cuts, he’ll want it for his steak knife!

I purchased this knife several months ago. It's my second knife from Global and have been very satisfied with these products. As I am vegetarian , it gets lots of use. Thus far, it hold the edge and sharpness well.
I couldn’t be happier with my new knife, it cuts through a lemon peel like a hot knife going through butter. A big thanks to my son-in-law (a home chef) for introducing me to this little gem. It’s nicely balanced and feels good in my hand, you can definitely feel the excellent quality.
