I received this bottle of Gucci Bloom EDT complimentary from Influenster for reviewing purposes and I was over the moon, as I'm a big fan of their other fragrances, particularly the Gucci Guilty EDT and, in earlier times, the Gucci Envy Me EDT, so I was very happy that I was able to try another one of their fragrances. However, I have to admit that, after wearing it for some time, the scent gets a bit more fresh and sweet and more modern but personally, I don't like to have to wait for an hour after spraying my fragrance on to smell good... 😉 It's quite a longlasting scent though. After a long day at work, it's still there and it's even smelling better than before. The packaging box and the square shaped bottle, made of frosted pink glass and including a light pink cap with the brand inscripted in the top, is supposed to stand for vitality and freshness, which i don't really see, to be honest. However, in my opinion, the packaging does matches the scent quite perfectly, since both the packaging and the bottle are looking quite vintage, classic and really femimine. I'm more of an Oriental scents kinda girl, I like warm and sexy scents, and while I do like floral scents if they're not too heavy or to vintage-like, this one isn't for me. But if you're looking for a floral scents that smells like you've just entered a small floral store (or fell in one! 😁), this one is the one for you! 😉 Still a huge thanks to Influenster for giving me this opportunity though, I'm glad I had the chance to test this fragrance because that way, I was able to discover it isn't my scent and i'm really thankful for that! 😊

Careful: Travel size is in a glass container!

I absolutely love the smell of this but didn't realize that travel size is actually made of glass! It looks like it's a plastic container, but it is not! My travel size fell off the counter and broke making a huge and dangerous mess everywhere. So sad! I really wish that for travel they could make this in a plastic container. It is really nice to have a travel size just dangerous for that to be glass!

Couldn't buy it fast enough!

I was given a sample to take home. Omg! I couldn't order the full sized bottle fast enough! This cologne smells so delightful. It's a light, fresh, and fragrant scent, not overwhelming. You need only a small amout and it lasts all day. My pregnant daughter who is sickened by most every smell recently approved lol. She enjoyed the subtle clean floral scent. It packs a big punch in such a little bottle. This will definitely be one of my favorites for many years.

So feminine and intoxicating

I bought myself this EDT as my very first intro to an "adult" fragrance. After wearing it all evening, I absolutely LOVE it. I was between this and the J'Ador Lumiere, but in the end the light musk in Bloom won me over, plus the elegant packaging which feels much more special and sophisticated.I went for the EDT because I prefer a lighter fragrance. That being said, I found it lasted for hours. I swear I even smelt it in my dreams. I used only one spritz. I'm sure over time I will become accustomed to the scent and it won't be as strong to me, but I don't believe I'll ever apply more than that. While the top notes contain lemon, orange, and bergamot, I would not describe this as citrusy fragrance, at least in a literal sense. I definitely get the neroli and perhaps an indistinct white floral at the top. As it dries down, it gets more musky and floral, yet the punch of neroli is still in the background. I don’t get any sandalwood or strong woody notes, for anyone who avoids those types of fragrances.This is a pleasant, sweet, white floral scent that would be perfect in the daytime during the spring and summer. It is not necessarily unique or a show stopper, but could be a great everyday perfume!

[Rewarded Review] BLOOM ALL THE WAY

I love the fresh floral smell of this fragrance. Although, I purchased the toilet spray, it does have staying power throughout the day. The salesperson was very helpful in giving me several Gucci floral options and when I decided on the Bloom, he said it was an older fragrance but most popular. I feel very goodin making this my final choice. I have used this every day since. I love putting it on right after my shower as part of my daily grooming routine.

So when I saw I'd be receiving the Eau de Toilette version complimentary from Influenster to try out and honestly review, I didn't expect to like it at all. For most of my life I had sort of had the impression that an EDT is just a lighter, maybe less long lasting, iteration of the EDP. The Bloom Eau de Toilette from Gucci is a complex and beautiful floral fragrance. This fragrance has notes of Jasmine, Tuberose, Rangoon Creeper, and Neroli Accord. For me, the most prominent notes are the Jasmine and the Neroli Accord. The musky side of the Jasmine is particularly prominent, but the piney brightness of the Neroli Accord is not far behind it. I got this sample from Influenster and Gucci to try complimentary and was disappointed not to get anything bigger to try out, but Bloom has never been a favorite, so at least this will keep anything from going to waste!It's been a while since I smelled the original Bloom, and I can't find a sample for a side-by-side comparison, but I don't remember being fond of it for whatever reason. The new EDT is not quite my cup of tea either. It is very fresh, and pleasantly floral, but two of the key notes are jasmine and tuberose, which never quite work for me. I didn't actually notice this turning sour on my skin before the fade as many jasmine/tuberose scents do, but the indoles in the jasmine still turn me off just a little bit. I recieve a sample size bottle of 'Gucci Bloom toilette' from influenster & Gucci, in return for my honest review. With that being said, this perfume is very strong, & I NEVER say that, I usually buy perfume or intense, so when I say this is strong I mean it, so if your sinsistive to smell, then this is NOT the scent for you. I sprayed 2 squirts, one on wrist & one on shirt, it lasted 4hrs on my clothes & 1.5/2hrs on my wrist, which im pleased with considering its a toilette, its def a powerful toilette!
