I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

I have always loved the fast service of Beauty Affairs with free samples with my orders. Last month my shampoo bottle broke in the post and leaked everywhere. When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. I have not experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. I’ve always had amazing service from Beauty Affairs and will not buy my beauty products anywhere else

I've been increasingly using Beauty Affairs over some of the other e-commerce websites like Look fantastic and Strawberry net. Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.

I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

Beautiful product .

ORCHIDÉE IMPÉRIALE Is beautifully packaged in a lovely box . The pot itself is very heavy and luxurious looking . It comes with a tiny spatula to help apply . The cream smellsAmazing . The cream itself felt lovely to apply and sunk into my skin but leaving it looking much brighter and revitalised even after 3 days of use . My fine lines looked much more plump too . This cream towers is so very expensive and o couldn’t afford to purchase it again.

Opening the box is a sensorial experience, revealing a beautifully designed, and now more sustainable, receptacle with a little spatula secreted underneath. The texture is rich and buttery but when warmed between my fingertips it melts to a balm like texture. Silky smooth, it applies beautifully to the skin. National beauty expert, Olivia Devey, is so helpful in getting the best from the products and is happy to answer any questions on her social media channels. Do I look 3 years younger in 7 days? No, that seems improbable, but I look forward to seeing the long term improvements.

The jar sits nicely in the palm of my hand due to the great shape of the jar making it easy to handle. The cream itself is a thick but lightweight texture. The consistency is great and applies to my skin very well, I found a little goes a long way. It has a beautiful feel to it which is enjoyable to apply. Luxurious

WOW!! Orchidee Imperiale La Creme is amazing cream, from the packaging which is really nice and luxurious to the cream itself. The container is lovely and really nice design along with the outer box it comes in. The cream is really nice and thick and goes a really long way, only a small amount is needed to cover the face/neck area. It absorbs really well and leaves skin feeling hydrated, brightened and soft. It is really easy to apply and smells amazing. I have never used another cream like it before and would definitely consider buying in the future, it feels and looks like such a luxurious product.

Strengthening my skin barrier

42 yrs old olive complexion, skin issues include hormonal acne, large pores, fines lines, skin texture. I have used thus product over a month along with the essence lotion and firming micro gel. I'm astonished on the texture improvement of my skin. I began using it on my arms. All products. Even my thighs. I've had lots of weight-loss after having children. These products are amazing.
