I was delighted to receive this compact bronzer aka “Healthy Glow Powder” from Guerlain via Influenster to review. I do favour a natural look, and I usually use a light bronzer to give my face some warmth and colour, especially in the winter when the sun is largely absent and I need to bring myself back to life! This compact itself is beautiful, with a deep-set logo which glows red when it catches the light. Inside there is a mirror, and the application directions are to trace a “3” down the side of your face with your favourite brush, mimicking where the sun hits. Amongst the golden browns nestles an orangey tone for warm skin tones (I used shade 3 which is warm) and a pinky hue for for cool skin tones. There are also options for paler and darker skin colours, so you should be able to select the right one for you (I’d love to try a cool one too to see if it suits me better). There is a light shimmer to the powder, which I’m pleased to report is very subtle and I will be pleased to incorporate it into my daily rotation. This compact seems to retail around £30-40 which I wouldn’t normally spend, but it does feel like a high quality product, so worth trying if you are in the market for a new bronzing powder.

BEWARE - wrong shade, twice

My 5 star rating is for the product itself, not for sephora's mistake. I ordered medium cool about a month ago and received medium warm. The shade worked okay for me so didn't bother the hassle of returning. About 3 days ago, I ordered deep cool and today received medium warm once again.. I've contacted sephora to remedy that issue..Back to the product, despite it being in the wrong shade I really enjoy this bronzer/blush. It gives the perfect combination of bronze, blush, and highlight. I use it daily. I feel it is buildable for the most part. Actually, I really love this! I use Scott Barnes #65 brush to apply, it stays on throughout my entire day 8+ hours, and never looks patchy or anything less than lovely honestly. Beautiful, Natural Glow

I love how natural, subtle, and elegant this classic Guerlain Bronzer is. My skintone is light medium neutral slightly warm. But I went for Light Cool because I was afraid Light Warm might turn out too orange for me. I like how it gave me a just hint of color (little warmth not too pink). I can also use this for between seasons when my foundation is too light, or too yellow to counteract the sallowness. I ended up buying Medium Cool as well. I could hardly tell the difference between Light and Medium in the pan, but when I applied, I definitely saw the difference on my face. I use Medium Cool for more depth, when I want a really "tanned" look. I recommend using large Kabuki brush like the one you see in the brand's commercial. Just lovely

I have never used bronzer properly before , I’ve tried others ,but they have made me look a bit orange so gave that idea up . However , I saw this on the LF site and read all the reviews and thought I would give it a try . I bout it along with the powder brush and I have to say it’s lovely . I have worn it without any make up and just on its own it gives a nice blush and colour to my skin . I always thought that I was medium skin toned ,but I bought the lighter option taking into consideration it’s winter , it gave a lovely subtle colour . So glad I bought it . Thankyou LF

Not really a bold traditional ‘bronzer’. There’s some shades to add warmth and depth. Some shimmer and a satin finish shade for luminosity (note: I am very shimmer averse, doesn’t bother me in here). The whole product is finely milled and silky soft for my dry maturing skin, and doesn’t kick up in the pan. And there’s just enough pink in here to brighten the complexion. Looks beautiful swept over the cheeks and bridge of the nose as a blush/bronzer combo. It’s not orange on me at all, not sure what I was thinking there. Just a warm brightened glow.This is the only compact I keep in my purse. And I’m burning through this bronzer faster than any other I’ve ever had with how much I’ve been using it. It adds some oomph when I’m heading out after work or looking a little drained. It’s become a staple in my daily makeup routine but especially when I’m too lazy to do much to my face. Just mascara, some gloss, and a swoosh of this over spf. Public ready in 2 minutes flat. I’m planning on getting a second shade to keep on my vanity. I went with 00 Light Cool and it’s been perfect for my light neutral toned/pink skin. I’ll probably get the next shade up in the cool family for the upcoming summer.Bronzers are always a tricky product when trying to find the right one for your tone. But I can not recommend this one enough.One note: there is a fragrance, it’s from Guerlain after all. It has not caused any sort of irritation on my sensitive skin. Personally? I think it’s yummy and reminds me somewhat of their L’Heure Bleue with that beautiful soft, powdery and velvety, floral scent.

I bought, and reviewed, the 2019 version of this bronzer (shade 00 Light Cool) and it's been my holy grail ever since...until now. This 2022 iteration has all the qualities I loved in 2019 but with an improved formula. It's still lightweight and silky, applies and blends seamlessly and has an ever so slightly glowing finish that never looks powdery, cakey or patchy; it's almost impossible to go overboard, no matter how heavy handed I am. Some may find this too subtle but that's why I love it. Versatile and natural

This is a perfect one and done kind of product. Sweeps on effortlessly as a combined blush/bronzer look to leave your skin looking fresh, glow and sun kissed. Or you can take a smaller brush and focus on particular colours you want to use, especially nice for using on the eyes for a cohesive look. Not so pigmented that you have to be careful with how much you apply, but pigmented enough that it shows up and lasts well. It’s a silky smooth powder. I'm really pleased with this purchase, it will get a lot of use from me!

Beautiful and elegant packaging hiding inside one of the best bronzing powders I used so far. I have the 02 medium cool shade and it is absolutely pefect for my skin tone. The balance of the shades inside is pefect, the blend perfecly on my skin with or wothout makeup. Leaving healthy glow and a bit of sparkle as well. Box have a mirror so I can use it anywhere. 96% natural ingredients are huge advantage for the brand as well as for my skin which looks and feels taken care of and healthy. Must buy of this year.

This is where I got confused because influencers online are using this to contour and bronze their cheekbones.It doesn’t say on the packaging that this is a bronzer so I have come to the conclusion that this is an “all over finishing/bronzing/glow powder so I tried it all over my cheeks and forehead where I want to look glowy and bronzed and it does exactly what it says on the tin.This powder will give you (as it says on the packaging) a “sunkissed healthy glow”.This is a stunningly beautiful finishing glow powder, which is not glittery at all. It has tiny shimmers which is not very obvious. It gives a subtle, natural glow.I’m so, so happy with this product and will be using this daily. I would 100% recommend and will be repurchasig when I hit pan.Having said that, I’ve just turned over the compact and it does seem to look like this can be refilled as it has the same little hole you can use to push the used pan out (to refill) as the charlotte Tilbury compacts do. So happy if this is the case.

On days where I’m wanting minimal makeup but still a little coverage and colour, I apply a BB cream and plenty of bronzer especially during the darker and colder month’s. I firstly love the casing of this bronzer and the built-in mirror not forgetting how beautiful the etching is on the product itself. There’s also a very sweet and distinctive GUERLAIN scent which isn’t at all off putting but instead you get greeted with it upon opening and application. The product is suitable for those who are in-between with the amount they desire as it is buildable with colour and coverage but also blends easily and effortlessly.
