I'm impressed with the number of options. If I don't like something, I can change how it works, no problem. One feature that especially impressed me is: The game I was playing was confused about the button layout I was using, it thought I was pressing A when I pressed B. And with the touch of a couple buttons, I can just switch A for B and X for Y, fixing that problem instantly.Other features I like: Swap the physical locations of face buttons. Toggle the way the triggers feel, clicky or resistant. Toggle how much the controller lights up. The wireless mode using the included dongle has no noticeable delay, at least I didn't notice it.
