The blinds look great but upon putting together something has happened and the mechanism for one does not hold. Haven't taken it back as the hassle would be too great since when purchasing the item I phoned ahead for stock count, was told it was in stock, travelled an hour to the store only to find it wasn't. :( I then ordered item online and had to pay the extra delivery charge so just not keen for the huppla that would be involved in exchanging this product even though its not perfect. Not always easy to shop with you Spotlight!

Bought two sets of duel block out/sheer blinds and on both sets the sheer blind was discoloured with yellow stripes.
Fairly easy to cut down to size to fit window and easy to install once done. Looks really good and it’s also good quality.
The curtains themselves are nice. The bracket for mounting however, is horrid. The bracket is massive (nearly 100mm wide) it has a push in button style of attachment (so it’s garbage for inset mounting) and if you mount it outside the curtain it sticks out so far that the blockout doesn’t work. This product is only suitable if you’re going to mount it external to the frame of your window, and it is at least 20mm wider on each side than your window frame (including Arcs). Overall I hate this dumb mounting bracket… it has ruined my bedroom
I bought two sets of these blinds, and had a handy man install them. They are a great improvement on the previous curtains and really modernised the two rooms. Handy man didn’t have any difficulty installing. The only thing he advised and did was purchase longer, stronger screws and plugs. Said the ones that came with the blinds were pretty short and useless. I’m very happy with my Rylee double blinds. Will get some for the kitchen next. I did get them for half price
It’s a good blind but I wish the fittings that the blind slots in to was made out of metal instead of plastic because when you’re not careful and the blind goes backwards it can fall off the fitting.Had some hassle with the blind being delivered too because the Delivery company said it wasn’t ready to be picked up when they came to pick it up and then I had to contact both the Delivery company and Spotlight to find out what happened but when it was picked up and delivered the second time everything went well.

I can see outside but you can’t see in when looking from outside so amazing from a privacy perspective. The blockout blind is also great at blocking the sun completely.The fit was not great for me. My window is actually 1.535 and this measures 1.500. I hate the gaps on each side and will be moving this particular blind to a different room. I might buy a longer blind and cut it myself. Might.The quality of the bottom rail/tube is absolutely TERRIBLE. I will probably purchase something else separately. It ends up being really easy when you finally understand what you have to do.Another plus is that you can decide where you want the chain to go. Either left or right.
I bought these and had them professionally cut to size and professionally fitted. Always had issues with threads coming loose on fabric. Now thread caught in mechanism and broken the wind up. Store can't help as don't sell parts.
They are lovely, however, 1 out of the 3, the length of the white roller was abnormally long and the fitting fell apart so we could not attach to the frane, we only have the grey part on one of our windows.
The roller mechanism is cheap and weak. The pull cord comes apart but also won't go round the roller, so you can't roll up a full length blind! The ends stick out way too far as well and the plastic mount is flimsy. That said the material itself on the blind is nice and they blockout really well.
