The table was quite easy to assemble and is very stable. It's also easy to adjust the height and my 8 year old is able to also use it. I do recommend tying the pins to the base so they don't get lost.

Good enough that we purchased a second unit for a family member after we tried this one.I am 195cm and with the shoulder pads removed, it works fine.
Arrived a week sooner than expected and was easy to assemble. Nice looking inversion table and padded with a head and lumbar support also. I am looking forward to having the continued pain relief that this inversion table will give me !
