Love love love this Freezer! Love the clear drawers and just enough capacity to two people (to store the food not the people...lol). I bought an upright freezer to replace a 37 Yr old chest freezer that decided to give me an electric shock on its way out!! Appliances Online were the cheapest for the model I was after, the delivery was next day and the delivery guys had no problem taking the old deathtrap away. Could not have asked for better service.

Unfortunately in the almost 12months of owning this fridge we have had continuous issues with the fridge spontaneously not cooling. Appearing to be on but not actually cooling. We’ve had one repair for this under warranty already but it has faulted again multiple times. Love the service from Appliances Online, but would not recommend this fridge.

Was considering a freezer as my fridge freezer gets loaded up. This has excellent storage space, and I like that the temperature control is on front. Upright shape is very user friendly. Only con is that the drawers don't slide very cleanly so need to take care when using. I also bought with a 15% off offer which made it excellent value. Too soon to know how it will affect my electricity bill.
This deep freeze is great. Excellent product and value. And as always, the service from Appliances Online is just superb. We've been using AO for years and it's been a consistently great experience. The ordering staff are amazing, even when we had top do swaps. The delivery guys are always cheerful and super efficient and provide a fantastic service. We'll continue to buy from AO in the future.
We are very happy with our Haier freezer so much easier than our Tucker box freezer, no more struggling to get something out from underneath all the other frozen meats. Now its just an easy pull of the drawer where its located and never struggling past other frozen meats again.
So far so good! Great size, drawers slide perfectly and don't come all the way out (which i read was a problem with other freezer choices, users had problems with the drawers falling out).It's not frost free & i haven't had to do a defrost yet which is why I've knocked off a star for now.Appliances online was 5 stars all around, as always! Great choice, love the video descriptions, and super fast & friendly next day delivery.
Light, easy to set up with the adjustable feet. Swapping the door over to open from the opposite side is straightforward. It's also fairly quiet.The drawers fit in more than you think(except for the bottom one because it's depth is reduced due to the motor at the back).All of this for a very good price earns it 4 stars.
We bought the freezer just 6 weeks ago as we had need for greater freezer and fridge capacity and had a fridge that could have the freezer switched to a fridge. We had previously had a top load freezer and had not been very impressed due to all the digging required. We followed up some articles and tests and on those recommendations the choice was now only governed by size.
