I was looking for a larger fridge that had easy access to water without opening the fridge so often, and the water is so crisp, fresh and cold! I use the fridge more than the freezer, which is great since I no longer need to bend so far down for the regular stuff. Since the freezer has draws, I can utilise more space instead of having frozen foods fall out on top of me front my old top mount fridge

Good quality fridge, fits heaps of food! Nicely laid out. I love the water feature on the door and the fact it doesnt have to be plumbed in. The only thing I dont like is the my zone drawer cant be set at the same temperature as the rest of the fridge. I store meat in there but the meat temperature freezes everything. I just use the beverage cooling temperature which is between 2-4 degrees and works fine. The fruit and veg drawer keeps everything nice and fresh and the freezer is separated into drawers which makes everything easy to find. Overall so far Im really happy with it and would purchase again.

Started working very quickly as soon as it was plugged in. Heaps of room in the fridge itself with plenty of shelves at your disposal. The freezer is great, as it has lots of room also. The water dispenser is quite good. My only gripe with this fridge is that to take out and clean the water dispenser box or out water in it, is that you have to take out the shelf above. As I really quite like the dispenser and use it a lot, it means that shelf has become useless because I dont want to constantly move stuff around. Also they should have a more permanent place for the ice- a simple plastic tray is not good enough. Otherwise, I am happy with how it is going.

I like the two different zoned draws for storing fruit and veg in one and meat in another. The freezer draws are great for easy access to food items. One minor detail was not being able to change the angle of the water dispenser for filling up small opening bottles. The freezer on the bottom is a better layout. Very happy with it and would recommend.

There are only 3 preset options to choose from, all of which are too cold ( the warmest option is only a couple of degrees above zero, the coldest options are set below zero). This is in the fridge. Therefore any fruit or veg you put in there will freeze, and then when you pull it out to use it and it defrosts, it will turn instantly to mush. Ridiculous that you cant increase the temp in that section. It is suggested in the manual that you put meat, seafood or cans of drink in there. Freezer section is actually good.Was tossing up between this and a Hisense. Wish Id got the french-door Hisense for roughly the same price.All round - disappointed.
Everything is so easy to see with the fridge section on top of the freezer. Plenty of room for everything and the special compartments on the door for cheese etc are so useful! My husband really likes not having to bend in half to find anything! The freezer is great as well and everything is easy to see and locate in the drawers. We love the water dispenser on the door too! This fridge is just made for us!

The black finish looks great in a white kitchen and does not show finger prints. It is spacious inside which was part of it appeal, with wide shelving, multiple draws, adjustable shleving in the door and the non-plumbed water filter - what's not to love! The freezer has one deep draw and 2 slimline draws so it takes some organising but its fine. The first fridge I received had a manufacture's fault in the framing of the freezer which caused a slight gap on the seal and frosting in the freezer. After countless phone calls and emails I finally got an offer (for a gap fee) to this black coloured, 496L Haier fridge with removable water dispenser. First of all, why they didnt offend this before, anyway - this so far seems to be fantastic fridge. I didnt know that I need water dispenser which is very convenient and black colour is not bad at all. Fridge can get very cold which is nice change, because my old fisher and paykel was way too warm. The last reason we went with this one as opposed to the LG and Hisense companions which were better in a number of aspects was as follows- The interior seems to have had some manner of visual design applied to it. It's nice to look at. - There is a drawer in the fridge section that can be set to temperatures other than the main fridge space to be either warmer for things like cheeses or very cold but not quite to what the freezer is set to. That is very very cool. - The layout and spacing of the door shelves was one of the only ones that clearly made a great deal of sense for us. Relatively tonnes of room for tall bottles which is something we keep running into issues with in our old fridge. Would I recommend Absolutely. weird to 'love' a new fridge but I really do.
